Ingredients
Rice, scotch bonnet, red bell peppers, onions, ginger, garlic, protein of choice, chicken bullion, crayfish, protein stock, and palm oil.
Preparation
Boil protein with listed spices and bring to a boil.
Pour in palm oil to a pot and add in blended onion, scotch bonnet and red bell pepper.
Fry pepper mix and add in listed spices and crayfish.
Pour in protein stock and add washed rice and cook on medium to low heat.
Once done, serve and enjoy.
