Zero Breast Cancer

Zero Breast Cancer offers the presentation "How to Reduce Breast Cancer Risk Now!" It teaches high school students ways to reduce the risk of breast cancer (and other diseases). Presentations can last 20 min to an hour, depending on time available, and are well-suited for science classes, breast cancer clubs, medical career clubs, teen health clinics and health and wellness centers. Information shared is relevant to all genders.

Topics include:

  • Cancer basics

  • Why teens' actions matter

  • Specific actions teens can take to reduce the risk of breast cancer and improve overall health and wellness through behaviors like exercising, eating healthy, and limiting exposure to certain chemicals.

Zero Breast Cancer also offers free brochures and posters for youth related to the campaign “13 Ways to Reduce Your Risk of Breast Cancer." Learn more about this campaign at zbclink.org/13ways. Learn more about Zero Breast Cancer and teens at https://www.zerobreastcancer.org/teens.
