My Pathway Program (MPP) provides youth and young adults ages 14-24 with the education, training, work experience, and supports necessary to gain and retain permanent employment in their chosen career pathway.

You can make a difference! Opportunities for youth and young adults to get involved in local government and meet your elected officials to make lasting changes in the way vaping and smoking affect our community.

The Tobacco-Free Sonoma County Community Coalition strives to improve the health of Sonoma County residents through community involvement in policy strategies that reduce the impact of tobacco/nicotine and lead to social change.
