Confidence is not about being certain, it's about being willing to take risks.
Risks are a viable part of the system of winners and losers. No one has succeeded while being a coward. Risk taking and confidence is what MUN requires. Especially during crises, the ability of delegates to take risks and speak confidently is essential. You must think that no one is your ally and the only person that should win is you. So, grab the opportunity when given and take all the points to your advantage.
As the crisis head of TES MUN 2081, I would first of all like to present my joy at achieving this post as well as understand the responsibilities that I carry. At TES MUN, we believe that everyone has the ability to speak and keep their points. But that doesnt mean everyone will state their points. I encourage everyone to do so as it will help your marks, speaking skills, thinking and diplomatic skills. I have confidence in the fact that the collaboration with the IT team, Press Team, Dias panels, Logistics, and the Secretary General will lead this session to be a fruitful one.
Finally, I would like to request the delegates to speak up for themselves as there is no greater friend or foe than oneself.
