 In the legislative parliament II, the formal session started with the continuation of GSL, the delegate of Bhagwati Chaudhary(Prmanika Aryal) being the first speaker. On the floor, they talked about the condition of corruption in Nepal.Commenting to which the delegate of  Madhav Kumar Nepal(Saksham Thapaliya) stated that CPNSU was dissatisfied with the fact that the party of Bhagwati Choudary didn’t stick to its ideology. Delegate of Bhagwati Chaudhary fails to defend themself and their party because of insufficient research. In the GSl period, almost all delegates were eagerly talking about the state of corruption in the country. 

 With utmost enthusiasm, the committee started its moderated caucus with its first speaker being the delegate of Gagan Kumar Thapa (Lisha Maharjan) stating their views under the topic “social crime done by politicians” and accusing the delegate of Rabi Lamichhane(Harshid Bhetwal) of going against the political system by having dual citizenship.The delegate of  Rabi Lamichhane(Harshid Bhetwal) then clarified stating that under the permission of the supreme court, he reclaimed his Nepali citizenship as his only citizenship.

Then,another criticism on  the delegate of KP Oli(Dibas Khadka) arose from the delegate of Upendra Yadav(Sankalpa Neupane) where he criticizes the delegate of KP Oli(Dibas Khadka) of mixing brass with gold after providing 300 million to change the golden Jalhari at the Pashupati temple.The delegate of  KP Oli(Dibas Khadka) replied,” Brass was not mixed in the jalahari and added that 108 kilograms of gold was procured from the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) for the purpose.”

The delegates were frequently accusing each other in the moderated caucus but on the contrary,they weren't able to defend themselves with strong points.

Because of insufficient experience the delegates were not able to be fully committed to the committee. As a result, the delegate of Bishal Prakash and Dhanaraj gurung got suspended for disturbing the committee with unnecessary talking and misbehaving with the chair.

The committee ran smoothly when the delegates had decided upon making only a single resolution on the main agenda“The role of corruption,manipulation in cooperative societies and organized crimes”.

The resolution being on the topic “The role of Corruption; Manipulation in Cooperative Societies and Organized crimes”  and ending the committee on a note of peace and harmony with all 35 delegates along with the dias panel of the committee were satisfied with the resolution that had come out.
