On the final session for the TES MUN. The delegates were taken to the opening ceremony of the program. The daily panels were handed a bunch of responsibilities by the principal along with speeches from various guests. With that, the committees were now separated from the forum and sent to their respective committees.
In the HRC committee, At the start of the first days of the final session of TES MUN, the delegate of China (Eshan Sharma) objected to a letter explaining how the establishment of UNCTP would help countries decrease the rate of human trafficking in their countries. The delegate of China (Eshan Sharma) even proposed collaborations and charities.
In the GSL of the delicate China (Eshan Sharma), all of the countries were found cooperating with the ideas and plans proposed by the delegate of China (Eshan Sharma). With a 213 majority, the letter seemed to be accepted by the Senate.
Throughout the committee, the common talkers were found arguing on the topic, which was more to be discussed. On the GSL of China, the delegate could answer every single answer fast. Then, the delegate of China (Eshan Sharma) later even encouraged other countries who were lacking to support them. Like, that the GSL for the final session's first day had ended while a moderated caucus on the topic “Are any trafficking laws doing more harm than good?”
GSLs of Afghanistan and Nigeria (Amogha Shakya and Aaradhya Singh Karki) were found having no preparations; Afghanistan gets no second chance. Delegates of Somalia's (Attis Gurung) GSL were not heard by the Dias panels themselves. Somalia's points stated that it is taking help from other countries, mostly no as and comments.
The delegate of China (Eshan Sharma) supports the Dias panel themselves for the time being (twenty minutes). But before the moderated caucus could even start, a crisis was presented in the field stating the smuggling of millions of victims for purposes of forced labor, sexual exploitation, and illegal organ harvesting.Countries like Nepal, India, and Bangladesh were accused of helping this cross-border trafficking.
The delegates who were the neutral supporters in the crisis were the only active speakers in the field. Although the accused countries were found hiding and not participating in the current crisis, the other neutral countries or the allies themselves were helping and defending them. The delegate of Nepal stayed silent when other countries were continuously questioned about the country’s corrupt governance. Traffic and the armed military were found to be urgent topics and discussions for the whole majority of the committee.
The delegates accused the delegate of Egypt (Aalekh K.C.) being the smuggler county in the committee. Although all the delegates had a great opportunity to accuse the country, the chance was closed by all. This explains the whole passiveness of the committee. Later, after the whole crisis was updated, the delegate of India (Aadriti Shrestha) was found collaborating with other countries like the USA and Switzerland to supply while those two countries had the most profits.
The delegates of Switzerland (Angella Dolma Lama) and the USA (Hardik Kharel) were the loudest speakers of the committee, explaining how they said, “The delegates have the best and the most laws in terms of human trafficking, and we have the best boundaries between countries. There is no way that such kinds of activities may be done in the delegate country.” Although all of the accusations went against India (Aadriti Shrestha), the delegate was later found relieved, as the biggest accusers were the ones conducting the whole scandal activity.
However, this all was later adjourned by the dias and delegates, with the whole majority doing the unmoderated caucus and resolution as the day first from the last session was finally passed.
