GOALS:
To provide skills training in different food preparation as indicated in the Cookery NC II Training Regulation;
To produce competitive cook/chef equipped with positive work, values, knowledge and skills relevant to the workplace
OBJECTIVES:
Cookery NC II has the following objectives:
To turn out 90% certified graduates
Provide opportunities of employment to at least 70% of the graduates; and
Formulate new recipes through research and experimentation.
