In this project I will be creating my own licensing for my video. Along with finding examples of each of the forms of digital media.
This is a project I did back in chemistry class when I attended Towson University.
I recorded this video then I uploaded it to youtube. Then I copied the link to put on this page.
This video has been shared by CC0 1.0 Universal meaning the creator doesn't have any copyright protections and anyone can use this video even for commercial purposes.
This image was found on freepik. I chose it because it has a beautiful scenery in the picture and I would like to go to Scotland some day.
The licensing according to Freepik is a free license. It is available to the public for free.

This gif is a short clip of a scene. I downloaded this gif from a website called tenor.
Then I uploaded it to my ePortfolio. Their licensings is an MIT license that grants free access to their content. It has very little restrictions when it comes to usage restrictions.
Using the TASL rule

This was the clip we saved to our google files at the beginning of the semester. Then I changed the access settings to all and copied the embedded code and pasted it to this site.

I learned how hard it is to actually find out what kind of licensing a photo or video has. You really have to deepdive to find any type of licensing. I also learned that there is a difference between a gif "video" and an actual video format. I thought they were all mp4 or the others just a shorter video.
