We will be creating an ePortfolio on the content we learn throughout this class. Adding new units and content with my own personal flare.
"Be yourself; everyone else is already taken" (Oscar Wilde)
"Your focus determines your reality" (Qui-Gon Jinn)
"The earth does not belong to us; we belong to the earth." — Chief Seattle
Coming into this class I wasn't very interested, it looked the best out of the options. I have enjoyed and learned a lot more about Word, PowerPoint, and Sites than I ever thought I would. These are really good skills to have so I'm happy I took this class. I really got to search thoroughly through PowerPoint especially with the two projects we completed. It forced me to use new features that I didn't even know were there. It was slightly frustrating for the Sim lessons because I realized that my Mac laptop didn't always let me answer the questions because of the formatting. When I went to my desktop there was no issue. I think my favorite things I learned was the mind map. I had always done it the hard way, individually drawing each line in google docs or Word and it was very tedious but using that program was awesome. It made it fun and easy to do. The ePortfolio was interesting. I found it cool that you could publish your work for everyone to see and create your own little website. I find this really easy to organize information with the different units and this is honestly a good tool I can use to teach students in the future if I want to create a lesson plan on each of the maneuvers a student pilot has to perform.
