We announced to all our tutors to upgrade intro video.It must be 2-4min. captivating video!Video is very important here in EIGORU.Students are looking for teachers who can speak CLEARLY with SOFT and VERY GOOD PRONUNCIATION, but not too slow neither too fast.Almost all students decide to try/study with the teacher through the intro video.IMPORTANT ADD-ON FOR UPGRADING INTRO VIDEO :Our tutors must use attractive flashcards, stuffed-toys, or even create your own catchy-stuff that will help you get the attention of your viewers.

Just add the EXACT KEYWORD e/m/b after your Nickname.Send to 0998 488 4004
Before, we're using Google Sheets.We post/display tutor's SMS manually on Google Sheets.Time posting on Google Sheets is not accurate/late.
And recently, we found Google GROUP!This can post tutor's SMS automatically and almost instantly!
In order to use Google Group perfectly, we have to UPDATE tutor's SMS FORMAT. By then, please, add this EXACT KEYWORD e/m/b right after your Tutor's Nickname.
NO space in between characters.
Use a SLASH / and not a dash.

We need this IMPORTANT KEYWORD e/m/b for filtering messages (post only tutor's SMS and avoid unnecessary messages/emails) and automatic sending of NewsMail Notification via Google Group to all subscribers/members (both teachers and students).
Please, follow the NEW SMS Format strictly to avoid delay posting of SMS.

ATTENTION ALL EIGORU Teachers!Good day!
Here in Japan, we have 10 days long Holiday from April 27 to May 6, 2019.
All BANKS ARE CLOSED including the internet banking.
So all students will NOT be able to send lesson fee or payment and Step3-form from April 27 to May 6, 2019.
So please, DON'T send Step3-Request Mail and Step3-REMINDER MAILS (Type 1 & Type 2) within this April 27 to May 6, 2019.
This Holiday period, students won't be able to send payment within 7 days.Banks will be opened again from May 7, 2019.
I suggest to send Step3-form Mails from May 10, 2019.

✱The teacher must professionally teach students online, be attentive to the student and never do other stuff during the class.✱Other stuff such as social media sites and applications include Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, blogs and other sites as well as other unnecessary activities which are irrelevant for the online class.
NOTE: If there are more than 4 reports regarding this matter, we will then stop all the teacher's classes, charge appropriate penalties (salary deduction from final invoice) and be dismissed from EIGORU.

Edit the Lesson Sheet FILE NAME(updated 20171127)You (tutor) must edit the LS File Name properly, even if the student has made some changes on it.
CAUTION!(update 2017/11/27)You and students must NOT use any symbols or characters such as " & % / + # ^ @ ~ etc." in your Lesson Sheet FILE NAME.
Our Step3-Form provider (JotForm) do allow/upload excel file with symbols in the file name without errors when students attach LS.
But then, when teachers try to download it, JotForm says "file not found" or there'll be an error.
So please, kindly EDIT your the LS File name correctly before you send it to your students.
Also, please kindly remind your students NOT to edit the Lesson Sheet File Name to avoid corrupted file attached in the Step3-Form.
