Summary of EIGORU Teacher's Responsibilities
The manual is tedious but if you read and understand it well, it's just a piece of cake ;)
1. Always send emails to your EIGORU students with CC: eigoru.cc.noreply@gmail.com*If you will send an email to a specific student, then use "To:" and insert the student's email address there.*If you will send only 1 email to many/ALL of your students, then use "BCC:" and insert all your students' email addresses there.*NEVER use Boxbe or other email filters.2. Reply to your students' emails within 2 days only.3. Always turn on your webcam during the class.*But if the internet connection is too poor, then kindly inform your students that you have to turn off your video because of poor internet.4. Post your updated vacant time to EIGORU Timetable sheet once or twice in a month.*The more time slots open, the many students will enroll!5. Mail your students about your absence 24 hours beforehand.*But if a sudden and unexpected situation happens and you couldn't send email to your student, then quickly send SMS to our EIGORU Contact# 0918 263 4525.6. Once your internet or electric power has recovered, then please promptly send Recovery Email reporting your resumed internet connection directly to your students with CC: eigoru.office@gmail.com, within 1 hour as much as possible*The Mail Subject is "Resumed Internet [0000-Tutor Nickname]"7. Make and edit Lesson Sheets (LS) for your students as a proof of successful lesson8. Send the Lesson Sheet (LS) to each of your student every after lesson or based on your agreement (once or twice a month only, etc.).*Ask for the Student's REPLY of "LS is OK" or "LS is WRONG".9. Send your student the "Step3-Request Mail" with LS attachment.*This email has the preset message requesting student to pay for the 4-week lesson contract and send the paid Lesson Sheet via the "Step3-form".*Step3-form is the student's proof of payment.10. Gather all your paid LS submitted by your students via Step3-Form.*This is for making an invoice set.*Invoice Set is the compilation of all your paid Lesson Sheets and the invoice sheet.IMPORTANT 1: Teacher will receive Step3-Form submitted by the student. IMPORTANT 2: We never accept LS that was not sent via Step3-form. Therefore, teacher must include all LS (attachment from Step3-form) in their INVOICE SET. 11. To receive your salary per month, follow steps 7-10*Send your INVOICE SET to eigoru.office@gmail.com once in 7th-20th of the month*The Mail Subject is "INVOICE".12.
