You can decide your Rate (=Teacher's Rate is almost 60% of the Lesson Price).Normally, starting at a Low price (low Rate) setting will help you increase trial students with ease.And starting at a High price (high Rate) setting usually gives teachers a hard time to increase trial students.However it depends on your strategy.Let's say, you've got many students who like you and follow you wherever you are, then you can set your Rate same as before or higher than before, but if you don't have one, then we strongly recommend that you start at a lower price (low Rate).You can increase Rate but you need to wait at least 2 months, after your previous rate.
In the case of having a Rate of ₱100 per 25-minute lesson, then you can earn up to ₱40,000 or MORE per month with Regular Students!Here's an example computation.If your Rate is ₱100 per 25-min class.Work at 7am-7pm, with 2-3 hours rest time, it's up to you, around 10 hours a day.In this case, one class is 25min. each (25min. (1 class) up to 75min. (3 classes) a day, depending on each student’s choice!)10 hours X 2 classes per hour = 20 classes a Day!20 classes X ₱100 = ₱2,000 a Day!₱2,000 X 5 Days = ₱10,000 a Week!₱10,000 x 4 Weeks = ₱40,000 a Month!
Your income completely depends on your Rate and the number of hours you will teach, and the number of students will enroll in your fixed yet desired open schedule.If you notice, full time work with regular students is really possible here at EIGORU logically! Why?Because EIGORU unique system has a fixed tutor system with fixed students on a regular schedule!Meaning to say, there's no change of students on the same open schedule, unless the student decides to stop the lesson contract with you.
For example,If your student decides the lesson schedule at 19:00-19:25 on Wednesday and Friday, then this schedule continues (weekly, monthly, yearly) until the student quits or stops the lesson contract with you. And sometimes, some students may ask or hope to change schedules and it will also depend on the tutor's vacant schedule.For your additional information, we ALLOW teachers to work with other schools, but teachers must have high-sense of responsibility, punctuality and most especially, do not cancel/absent EIGORU classes frequently!We do hope you understand this kind of system before you join EIGORU!

₱500-Deposit Policy
This is applicable for every applicant (both new and re-application) who passed the intro video and EIGORU Exam.
₱500-Deposit is definitely REFUNDABLE, on the tutor's first salary when you hope to resign EIGORU!NOTE: When the tutor decides to quit (after 1 month and above) then we will REFUND this ₱500.If there's any violation, then we will deduct the penalty either from her ₱500-deposit and/or final invoice.
Where to Deposit ₱500?-BDO, GCash and PayMaya-Remittance Centers to GCash & PayMaya via...Palawan/Cebuana/Villarica/7-11 convenience store.NOTE: We will send email for complete deposit details.
When to Deposit ₱500? -Make a deposit before we post your Profile on our "Tutors List Page".
₱500-Deposit is applied as an ASSURANCE that newly hired tutors as well as re-applied tutors will NOT LEAVE EIGORU WITHOUT EMAIL NOTIFICATION, both the management and our students.

Just like other online schools, there's a penalty for each violation, and it can be charged/deducted from your deposit and/or final salary if ever you've got violations and decided to resign.
Thus, we are doing our best, spending much for Ads/promotion for each new tutor advertisement, to help all our EIGORU Tutors to receive many new trial lessons from various students/visitors.
