第十二屆理事 戴君安
戴君安是台南應用科技大學舞蹈系專任教授，教育背景為英國瑟瑞大學舞蹈研究博士、美國紐約大學舞蹈教育碩士以及美國紐約市立大學杭特學院舞蹈學士。主要研究領域為舞蹈教育、舞蹈史、共融創造性舞蹈及跨文化舞蹈研究。
曾伴隨多個臺灣民俗舞蹈團體，參與過歐洲及美洲地區的國際民俗藝術節；也曾規劃執行多起臺灣與韓國、美國的大學文化舞蹈交流計畫。2016年應外交部之邀，擔任國際青年大使亞太團副團長，出訪帛琉、菲律賓、印尼、澳大利亞及吐瓦魯等國。
自2016年起，受聘為首爾國際舞蹈大賽的評審。她是台灣舞蹈研究學會的理事(2013-)，也是韓國舞蹈研究期刊的國際編輯委員(2014-)，並於2012年獲認證為全球職涯發展師。
