My Internal Martial Arts knowledge reference
This site is my personal archive and study journal in the world of internal martial arts.
My main practice is Taijiquan, but my curiosity extends to related traditions and methods that explore structure, connection, and internal power, like Daito-Ryu Aikijujutsu, Aikido, Xing Yi Quan, Bagua Zhang, and other arts.
What you’ll find here is not a formal school or fixed system, but a living personal reference:
Notes on principles, training frameworks, and classical concepts.
Comparisons between different Taiji styles and other internal martial arts.
Explorations into Aiki and other internal methods that resonate with Taiji practice.
While I deeply value traditions, I am not a dogmatic internal arts adept but an iconoclast who wants to vulgarize, demystify, and popularize true authentic Taijiquan as well as reveal to the world the essence of internal martial arts.
Although much of what I share is based on classical sources and masters, this site ultimately reflects my personal, ever-evolving method—how I train, understand, and integrate these arts. The baseline of my knowledge in internal martial arts is Taijiquan, but with influences from Aiki arts. It is first and foremost a way to organize my own journey, but I’ve made it open to the public for anyone who shares the same passion. Whether you’re a beginner, a seasoned practitioner, or simply curious, I hope you find something here that sparks insight or inspiration.
