1. Acceptance

By using the TADWIR PRO application ("Service"), you expressly agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service independently.
If under this age, use must be under parental supervision.
By using the Service, you confirm your legal capacity.

3. Service Description

The application provides a digital platform to request waste collection and recycling services and connects users with our official collection team.

4. Payments

The application does not provide any in-app payment system.
All transactions are conducted offline and directly.
TADWIR PRO is not responsible for any financial transactions conducted outside the application.

5. Account & User Responsibility

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation.

6. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Provide false or misleading information
Request collection of hazardous or prohibited waste

We reserve the right to refuse requests or terminate accounts in such cases.

7. Optional Services

7.1 Green Marketplace

Provides a listing platform only
Transactions occur outside the app
TADWIR PRO is not responsible for product quality or disputes

7.2 AI Assistance

Optional and for informational purposes only
No liability for reliance on generated responses
Users are advised not to share personal data

8. Privacy & Data

Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy
No data is sold or used for advertising
Data is used strictly for operational purposes

9. Permissions

Location: used only when submitting a request, no background tracking
Camera: used only to capture images within the app
No access to device files without explicit permission

10. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the application (software, design, content) are exclusively owned by TADWIR PRO.

11. Termination

Users may delete their account at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
TADWIR PRO is not liable for:
- Misuse of the application
- Indirect damages
- External services or transactions

13. Force Majeure

TADWIR PRO is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., technical failures, natural disasters, governmental actions).

14. Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time
Users will be notified of major changes
Continued use constitutes acceptance

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, otherwise courts of Batna shall have jurisdiction.
