A8: After logging in, you can select the type of materials you wish to dispose of, then specify your location. The app will display available service providers in your area. Choose a service provider, agree to share the necessary contact information, then confirm your request.
Q9: Are there fees for the waste collection service?
A9: The TADWIR PRO app is solely a logistical coordination tool. Any financial agreements or fees for collection services are directly between you and the approved service provider, and are agreed upon outside the scope of the app and its software interface. The app does not facilitate or process any payments.
Q10: How will I know who will collect the waste?
A10: Before confirming your collection request, the app will clearly display the identity of the approved service provider (their name or company name) to ensure transparency and informed consent.
Q11: Can I track the status of my collection request?
A11: Yes, the app will provide you with updates on the status of your request, including confirmation of the request, alerts for the collection team's arrival time, and other necessary updates to complete the process.
Q12: What permissions does the app request and why?
A12: We adhere to the principle of "least privilege." We only request permissions essential to provide our services:
Location (GPS): To accurately determine your location for coordinating collection services and efficiently directing our teams to you. We never use your location in the background or continuously track you.
Camera: To capture photos of recyclable materials you wish to have collected (for clarification and assessment).
Storage (Files and Media): To temporarily save captured photos and store necessary data for the app's operation. We do not access your personal files outside the app's scope.
Phone (Make Calls): To enable you to contact support centers or service providers directly from within the app (with your consent).
Internet: To synchronize data, receive updates, and download necessary content for the app's operation.
Q13: Is my personal data secure with TADWIR PRO?
