How to Delete an Account in the TADWIR PRO App

At TADWIR PRO, we fully respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account easily at any time.

✅ How to delete your account

Method 1: From within the app

• Open the TADWIR PRO app

• Go to Settings

• Select Delete Account

• Confirm your request

Method 2: Through this page

You can request the deletion of your account directly by contacting us:

Please include:

• Your full name

• The phone number linked to your account

• An explicit request to delete your account

⏱️ Request processing time

• Acknowledgement of receipt: within 72 hours

• Completion of deletion: within a maximum of 30 days

📂 What happens when your account is deleted?

When your account is deleted:

• All personal data associated with your account is deleted

• Requests associated with your account are deleted

• Any technical data linked to your account is dissociated from it

⚠️ Data that may be temporarily retained

We may retain certain data for a limited period in the following cases:

• For legal reasons

• For security and fraud prevention purposes

• To comply with applicable regulations

Such data will be deleted later in accordance with our data retention policy.

🔒 Important notes

• Account deletion is irreversible

• All services associated with the account will be discontinued

• Backup copies are automatically deleted after a short period
