How to Create an Account in the TADWIR PRO App

A step-by-step guide to creating an account in the TADWIR PRO app:

1️⃣ Open the App

• Install the app and open it on your Android device (version 10.0 or higher).

2️⃣ Review Policies and Give Consent

• When launching the app for the first time, a window will appear asking you to:

  • Read the Privacy Policy:

  • Read the Terms of Use:

    • https://sites.google.com/view/tadwirpro/home/terms-of-use

• You must confirm your acceptance of both the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

• You must also confirm that you are of legal age (18 years or older).

  • ⚠️ Note: An account can only be created after agreeing to the above terms.

3️⃣ Enter Account Information

• Fill in the following fields in the registration form:

  • Full Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • Password (will be stored securely, encrypted)

  • Country / State / Municipality

  • Gender (Male / Female)

  • Account Type (Collector / User)

  • Profile Picture (optional, can be removed later)

• ✅ Important: All required fields must be completed to create an account. Information can be edited later after registration.

4️⃣ Confirm Your Account

• Follow the instructions to verify your account.

5️⃣ Log In

• Use your email and password to log in.

• An optional PIN can be created for faster login later.

• If you forget your password or PIN, use the "Forgot Password" option to securely reset it.

6️⃣ Additional Notes

• All data is protected using secure encryption technologies.

• Accounts can be deleted later, which will permanently remove all data.

• Photos and location data are used only during request processing and are automatically deleted afterward.
