Title: On Continuous Non-Invertible Symmetries
Abstract: I will discuss the continuous non-invertible symmetries. As for continuous invertible symmetries, the continuous non-invertible symmetries satisfy a generalized Noether theorem, which implies the existence of conserved currents, but attached to a topological operator. I will explain that such symmetries appear ubiquitously in many 2d conformal field theories, including c=1 CFTs, WZW models, and products of minimal models. As an application, these symmetries imply the existence of continuous family of conformal lines in minimal models.
