Therapeutic time and space to process high anxiety and/or trauma, alongside opportunities to practice healthy/helpful coping skills.
High level processing of relationship challenges and practice with more effective communication techniques.
Implement brainspotting and/or trauma-conscious yoga, when requested.
53-minute sessions (Not covered by insurance)
Couples/partnership counseling requires a diagnosis when using insurance. The diagnosis may be harmful to a partner(s).
Incorporate brainspotting and/or trauma-conscious yoga, when requested.
Interpersonal processing group using the 6 tenets of ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy)

The workshop requires each participant to be Judgment-free, Uplifting, and to increase Self-awareness.
