Clinician, Yoga Teacher, Business Owner
Is debilitating anxiety holding you back? Do you need a judgement-free space to talk about the challenges that you are keeping you from living as authentically as you would like? If so, I would like to listen!
I have a tremendous amount of experience working with clients who are experiencing high levels of anxiety, trauma, and/or who are in the midst of major life transition(s).
I have had a diverse array of experiences as a therapist: from managing individual, family, and group therapy at an outpatient mental health facility, to running a mental health accountability court for those with substance abuse and mental health challenges, to working with neurodivergent teens in a specialty school setting, and beyond.
My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and integrative. I will encourage you to be "curious" and work toward your ideas of balance and wellness. I believe the mind, heart, and body are connected. I enjoy sharing tools to empower you to become more self-aware and find your voice.
Blog Writer & Social Media Manager
Hi! My name is Jordan Kadish and I am the Blog Writer and Social Media Manager for Sycamore Psychotherapy. I have a BA from The College of New Jersey in Psychology, with a minor in Gender & Sexuality Studies. In the future, I will be studying to become a licensed clinical social worker. Apart from my work with Sycamore Psychotherapy, I also work full time as a Digital Editor in the oncology research field, and do freelance/contract writing for a handful of other mental wellness related publications. I love to spend time in nature, read, listen to music, and do anything creative!
