Swimmers are expected to attend the practice before each meet. If a swimmer does not attend practice the day before a meet without notifying the head coach, the swimmer will be ineligible to compete in relay events for that meet.

Practices will be held Monday through Thursday divided into three age groups:

•  Ages 7 and Under — 6:30 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.

• Ages 8 to 11 — 7:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Ages 12 and Over — 8:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
