Pati Heniff: Pati Heniff was born in Chicago, Illinois and attended Illinois State University where she earned a Master's Degree in Kinesiology. Pati was a year track and field letter winner and has been a health and physical education teacher for 19 years, 10 years in Chicago City Public Schools, 8 years in DC Public Schools, and 1 year in Warren County Public Schools. Pati has experience coaching basketball, track and field, cross country, ski, tennis, and swimming. In terms of her athletic accomplishments, Pati has completed 2 full Ironman triathlons, 15 1/2 Ironman races, 30 Olympic distance triathlons, 1 50 mile ultra marathon, 4 50K’s, and 28 marathons. In her free time, Pati loves to hike, trail run, eat pizza, and train for triathlons with friends in Luray and Stanley!
