When you start a business or a new project there are a lot of considerations that need to be taken into account.

Just getting the name right for your new venture can be a bit tricky as we have to consider whether Social Media accounts will be required, as well as domain names and of course 'companies house', if it's going to be a traditional business type.

During this "Learning Session" we will be visiting many of the aspects that are encountered in the early stages with a view to avoiding spending any unnecessary money... this will include

• What kind of organisation should your venture be?
• How are you going to approach marketing?
• How do you intend to manage things both financial and admin?
• What will you need to ask others to do for you?
• Is this going to be a team effort?

Today it is easier to start a project than ever before but coupled with that attraction there is far more to learn as well.

Covered : In this "Learning Session" we're going to get your questions answered and help you to develop a roadmap which works for you and what you are looking to do.

• Skills: Where the skills gaps are and how they are to be plugged
