FAQ

Where are clinics located?

Currently, we are running programs at the Lower Providence, Phoenixville, and Royersford Libraries. We will also run this program during one session of Spring-Ford's Cool School. For more information about our locations, please visit the Register tab. For our 2020 sessions, all the clinics will be run through an online platform (i.e. Zoom or Microsoft Teams).

What is the age limit?

Our program is geared towards rising 3rd graders through rising 5th graders. In other words, if your child will be in 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade during the 2020-2021 school year, then this program is perfect for you. However, many children older than this age range participated in our past clinics and loved it!

Can I still register for a location if I know my child can't attend every session?

Unfortunately, because we pre-plan activities, we require full attendance during our sessions. If your child can't attend every session, please visit the Register tab and hopefully the dates of another location will be more convenient.

Who will be running the programs?

Every program will be run by both Deepak and Anjali Kejariwal, however there will be adult staff at every location. To learn more about us, please visit the About Us section. For the 2020 sessions, every Zoom meeting will be hosted and run by Anjali Kejariwal.

How do I contact the program leaders?

To contact the advisors, Deepak and Anjali Kejariwal, email sweatshirtstoscrubs@gmail.com, and you will receive a response in a timely fashion. Additionally, you can join our mailing list by filling out the google form in the Contact Us tab.

Are parents allowed to sit in during the sessions?

We do not allow parents to attend sessions as we want the children to be fully attentive to the activities we have planned.

How long does a session usually run?

The timings for each location differs. To find the timing for your specifc location, please refer to our registration information. For the 2020 sessions, each clinic runs for 1 hour.
