Specials and one-shots

The Triangle Era of Superman comics, which spanned from 1991 to 2002, was a unique period marked by its innovative weekly continuity. During this time, Superman's adventures were told across four interconnected monthly titles: Action Comics, Adventures of Superman, Superman and Superman: The Man of Steel.

It created a nearly seamless, year-round narrative. Each issue was part of a larger storyline, with events flowing directly from one issue to the next.

During this era, DC Comics released several special issues and one-shots to highlight, start or act as the climax of a particular story arc.
