Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) is an academic enrichment program for outstanding high school students from around the world. Each summer, students from over 150 countries (including all 50 U.S. states) participate in one interdisciplinary, two-week session at Yale’s historic campus. Application fee: $60 USD Early Action fee or $75 USD Regular Decision fee
Pricing:
-For YYGS Residential students, the full program tuition for one, 2-week session is $6,500 USD.
Note that tuition covers all on-campus components of the program (housing, meals, curriculum materials, etc.), but travel is not covered.
-Full tuition can be covered.
Eligibility:
Be at least 16 years old by July 16, 2023 ( First day of session III )
Must be able to participate in rigorous curriculum in English
Must be a current high school sophomore or junior
DACA and TPS students are welcome to apply to the program. Students are not required to indicate in the application their citizenship details. Students from all around the world are eligible to apply for YYGS, regardless of citizenship.
