Yasakani Hokage

Yasakani Hokage (yah-sah-KAH-nee ho-KAH-geh) is a CPU fighter in Street Wise: Roar of the Celestials. He is a Japanese fisherman and a kabuki warrior. It is mentioned that Deus saved him from being smote by a Kami, most likely Susano'o or another more malevolent one, and put him in the tournament. It is mentioned that other fighters like him because he puts on shows for them while they wait for matches to start. He is not blank or emotionless, he is just...regular, when he's happy he's happy, when he's sad he's sad, he is probably the most normal despite his bizarre appearance, he is believed to be a homage to Ichikawa Ebizō V.

Yasakani became famous as the most prominent kabuki actor of the 16th century through a combination of his immense versatility, his role in standardizing the kabuki repertoire, and his mastery of the "rough-stuff" acting style. 

Yasakani primarily uses his naginata to hunt in the Japanese sea. When he is not hunting fish for Yumoto Village, his home, he is usually hunting large sea creatures like Wani that disturb other villages and or his own people. 

Yasakani was named after one of the three imperial treasures of Japan, Yasakani no Magatama. Hokage is a reference to his fire-breathing powers.

Despite his seemingly primitive technology, he is smart enough to know when a boat is taking on water. Though not able to do much, he'll try to save himself and others.
