Street Wise is a lengthy series, and there is bound to be lots of behind-the-scenes information. Here is a list of info.
Min-Jun had to get his sprite redone multiple times in Street Wise 3: Crimson Fury
Min-Jun had to get his sprite redone three times in Street Wise 3: Crimson Fury. His design originally looked more like the original Street Wise design, but it got redone, with a lot more details. The second version looked choppy. The third version still looked pretty bad, but due to time crunches, it had to be left in.
Street Wise 2: The Newcomers had multiple CPU glitches
Honestly, this game was glitchy. It had a lot of bugs. There was a glitch where multiple Kurts would appear along with 2 or 3 CPU opponents. This would happen when buttons are pressed in 2P mode.
In Street Wise: Roar of the Celestials, the intro sequence had a bug where there was no text showing up
In the intro sequence of this game, there is meant to be text explaining the story. However, occasionally it ceases to exist. This is a very annoying bug that the lead programmer, Adam Perry, hates a lot. He has tried multiple times to fix this, but there is no solution but to reupload the game when it happens.
In Street Wise: Roar of the Celestials, CPUs would walk oddly for a long time before the bug was fixed. They would walk even when they were not moving, and sometimes just freeze on the final frame of the walking animation. Luckily, this has been fixed in the latest update and is now cosmetically appealing.
In Street Wise: Roar of the Celestials, special moves were temporarily bugged out.
