a brief overview for those stopping by. three opportunities were given for this to be communicated privately. they were blatantly ignored. this is a callout site / blog, used to collect and convey evidence relating to users nezemny ( zirka ) & pseudolife ( anarchy. ) it's to defend my reputation, refute or prove allegations and above all else, serve as a record for their harmful and dangerous behaviour. it's important i stress things have continuously changed since making this blog regarding information / evidence. i will clarify current allegations here, as well as what were previous allegations that have since been disproven or proven / have been dealt with. i'll add to this as needed.
i'm happy to receive information relating to this situation from others. the more evidence, the better. expect me to ask for proof, however. nothing here is based off of word alone, or being told. solely evidence. outside of this, witness statements are useful.
note: nezemny posted a "rebuttal" to my callout mid may, which was taken down shortly after i located it. this was made publicly accessible. anarchy also made a carrd that the rebuttal linked to, revealing entire private messages as well as a link to a friend's ip address. in the rebuttal, he included 22 separate posts of mine that'd been collected, with some requiring extensive scrolling to locate, and 8 blogs of mine. he has confessed to looking through at least one of my blogs himself - which is currently 2 years inactive. these 8 blogs span over a 5 year period, when i've only known of these individuals since october '23. i have 4 posts of his that have been saved as evidence. all from 1 blog, within a 7 month timeframe.
the latest update is that anarchy aka pseudolife outright lied to and manipulated tumblr staff into deleting my stlkawares blog ( since reinstated ) by claiming i was harassing and targeting her and zirka and spreading falsehoods, which was a complete lie. speaking out against harmful behaviour with solid and discernible evidence is not harassment, reporting it as such was merely an attempt to silence me.
both zirka and anarchy have either stalked me themselves for 7 months, as of may 2024, or enabled and encouraged one or more individuals to stalk me - with my new and ( at the time ) highly privately promoted on a blocked blog urls and who knows what else being reported back to nezemny. anarchy has confirmed she knew about this and has even blocked some of these urls herself. it hasn't been proven that nezemny or pseudolife haven't been stalking me themselves, due to them protecting the names / urls of those reporting back. anarchy defended, but didn't prove, that it wasn't either of them, but some mysterious individual(s). i have had another individual come forward to state they, 3-4 years ago, also faced stalking and harassment at the hands of zirka and anarchy, and a second individual state that they allegedly witnessed zirka and anarchy go after a separate individual, stalking and harassing them also.
pseudolife doxxed the ip address of a close friend of mine, who she'd never approached prior nor interacted with. proven.
nezemny has spread lies and false allegations about me. he has also slandered me, both publicly and privately. both nezemny and pseudolife have at one point or another, within the last 7 months, harassed me. all proven.
nezemny made private information of mine ( my discord url ) public. proven.
i accused nezemny of racism, for ignoring an ask i'd sent re: him making an asian character dark orange 6 months ago and for making no changes to the graphic afterwards. proven.
i had accused nezemny of stealing an oc's name for one of his own muses, after he'd blocked said oc. this was wrong of me and has been disproven.
i had accused nezemny of copying my idea to write a meta re: a specific topic, and in turn of further stalking for conveniently writing about it hours after me mentioning it - despite being blocked. proven / not yet proven. nezemny claims he received a "tip" that i was covering a topic, which is canon, that he believed to be a headcanon. the tip implies someone else was watching me. proven in that he's admitted that he was indeed prompted to write his meta by me posting about working on mine. it's not yet proven whether it was someone else watching me or nezemny or pseudolife.
nezemny has accused me of colourism, for whitewashing a character approx. 4 years ago, and for not getting the skin tone correct of two mixed race woc in a graphic that is 5 years old. proven & disproven. i did do these things, 4-5 years ago, and have since educated myself and improved my understanding and skill to better portray skin colour.
nezemny has accused me of stealing his headcanons ( including the meta topic, which again - is canon. ) proven, disproven and not yet proven. i've disproven the theft claim ( that the meta wasn't nor could be stolen ), proven he accused me of such and also have yet to prove there was no theft of the other headcanons he accuses me of stealing, as he hasn't provided evidence nor shown which headcanons he's referring to.
nezemny has accused me of lifting his entire aesthetic style from a specific muse. disproven. not only did i disprove the claim, but i also proved i'd created the aesthetic prior to him / the artist he commissioned and implied it was more likely it was lifted from me.
please do explore the other links containing extensive evidence. these two individuals are dangerous and harmful.
to add to the evidence, here, below, is (first image) zirka's partner joking with a mutual, mocking my callout (for awareness) jesting about theft and 'disgusting behaviour.' goes along with zirka and anarchy believing vagueing about murdering others and their careers, prior to doxxing someone's ip address, in the tags is just a "joke". in the second image, we have a second mutual of zirka and anarchy's mocking my calling out of anarchy's [murdering someone's career / murder for another mutual] "joke" as a threat. jests about cannibalism and committing a crime. for people who have been so troubled and threatened by me, who were so tired and exhausted by this situation, they sure do love to "joke" about it a lot. very serious people, clearly i am such a villain who has made their lives miserable... but pay no mind to the one who has actually had their mental health severely triggered and unsettled by their actions /s. not to mention two other mutuals saying "follow or i'll break ur legs" or "follow or fucking die". they're just such jokers, this lot. threatening violence is just hilarious! ironic, given anarchy and zirka are such preachers about the war in ukraine right now, as well as in gaza. funny how they're just so comfortable and gleeful to verbalise or support the verbalisation of such violence, like it's so funny to them.
