this is bouncing off of my callout post regarding stalking, enablement and petty grudges carried out by @nezemny ( aka zirka ) & @pseudolife ( aka anarchy. ) edit: they were tagged in the post, as a chance to respond to me. they did not, and posted a rebuttal without informing me. this was originally a post, which gave them a chance to defend themselves for a second time since they ignored the first and refused to communicate privately.
now, this post is a combination of things. nezemny has made private accusations against me, things i allegedly did in the past that i'm just now learning about, unfounded things that defame me and assassinate my character. outright lies, really. i will stress that in this specific case, the initial blocking of this individual below was not brought on by nezemny but rather something personal that has now been resolved. i still don't have proof to credit my concerns of nezemny encouraging members of my rpc to block me.
what i do have proof of, however, is that nezemny has in fact told at least one individual within my rpc about me, slandered me, manipulated said individual into believing outrageous accusations against me and generally defamed me. meaning i am well within my rights to be concerned he's dragging my name through the mud with others. this also disproves what anarchy had said re: nezemny never discussing this with anyone. i expect him to prove these accusations below, with discernible proof, if he intends to stand by them. what he "believes" happened is only that, not factual.
in this post, i will go over what i've been sent and disprove each thing, for my own reputation. the following convos were between who i will call "a" ( who told me all of this in confidence because they too were appalled by what they'd read in my callout ) and nezemny / zirka. a has been blacked out, for privacy.
in this message, a tells nezemny, who they were mutuals with, that the prompt resource blog i own has blocked them. i will briefly explain that i did this due to seeing my main rp blog blocked by a. simply put, i didn't want them using my resources when i was blocked. this has been resolved privately. it prompts zirka to say he too has been blocked by me there, seemingly unaware i run the blog.
this appears to be nezemny noticing, by seemingly circumventing the block i have on him on this blog, that my mental health resource blog is promoted there. he assumes the meme blog is a friend and / or supporter of me, rather than me myself. nezemny thinks highly of himself, as he thinks i hate his guts when i don't know him and he means nothing to me. i solely wish for him to stop stalking me / for his associates to stop.
here, he goes on to say it's weird to bring personal beef onto a roleplay blog. but was more than prepared to bring it to my personal blog, the mental health resource one - as mentioned in the callout. he then accuses and claims that i have 1) used his blog as a springboard for my muse, which is a duplicate of one of the ones he writes, 2) won't stop looking at him and 3) have been making snide comments about his things. i'll repeat, i never knew of nezemny until october last year, as the callout shows, and the only times i've ever looked at his blog was when i suspected him / his friends to be vagueing me or stealing from me / mimicking me. a lot of the time, anything brought to my attention was via friends or mutuals.
if you were to look at my vast collection of headcanons and metas, that i've been working on for four years straight now, i have no doubt you'd see i have no reason to copy from nezemny. i've only ever known of one headcanon on his blog, re: his muse's cotard's syndrome - which is ironic, as it's no headcanon but rather canon information, available to any duplicate. i have receipts of myself telling friends early last year if not earlier how i portray my muse as someone who believes he's died and come back, as that's a canon fact about the muse. i myself have cotard's syndrome - i do not need to piggyback off of nezemny's, quite frankly copy and pasted and misinforming post about it, for this information, i experience it myself daily. he even added a polite "i know what i did was wrong, hence why i'm putting this receipt on a headcanon that is actually canon fact" in his tags.
you'll see in the chats above that the "for the record" is very clearly for me, despite me having receipts to show i've pursued this in my portrayal long before him.
this was written in june, 2023, and i 100% have earlier ones if needed. because it's canon fact. nezemny is, if anything, claiming credit for something he didn't come up with. ironic. he merely put a medical name to something that already existed in lore. but he seems to be convinced i've been stealing from his headcanons, when i've only ever seen this one which was sent to me by a mutual and wasn't even his, so... hopefully this helps clear that up. if you'd like to show me what else you think i've stolen from you, zirka, that isn't canon fact, i'll gladly disprove those too.
what's being referenced by a here, re: getting angry at someone for using the skin i prioritise for my aesthetic, and has since been resolved, is not actually regarding a promo but when i got frustrated by a mutual when i posted a "grim reaper" verse for my muse and said mutual immediately made a solo "grim reaper" blog but as a duplicate, rather than the grim reaper as a separate entity if that makes sense. so essentially, this mutual had seen my verse and gone "that's an awesome idea!" and done it themselves, but removed it from the verse i'd put it in. irrelevant information, but just clearing up that i have nothing against duplicates, nor anyone utilising the same character skin as me in aesthetics. it was the theft of the plot and idea itself that upset me.
nezemny then seems to recognise who a is referring to ( me ) and name drops me without hesitation. apparently i accuse everyone of theft, when i've only accused no more than 5 in the 12 years i've been on tumblr. if you're familiar with tumblr, theft happens a lot. if i suspect something is going on, i approach them to find out. in the case above, they'd deactivated and left tumblr before i could. if you've read my previous post, you'll hopefully understand my concerns about graphic style lifting or theft of content isn't unwarranted or baseless. if i've accused you of theft, it's because i think you've stolen. you're more than welcome to prove me wrong.
nezemny claims i've been stealing from his content for "years." that i'm a former ghost face duplicate who "lifted his whole aesthetic." that i continue to comment on his portrayal of ghost and that i continually look at his stuff. i know none of this is true, so i expect proof of these accusations. save for anarchy accusing my friend of "mass stalking" to deflect, when they'd solely been checking you both during periods of vagueing and suspected content theft. which i cover vaguely in the callout.
again, i have no clue who zirka is, save for the past 7 months. zirka is referring to a timeline between 2021 and 2022. or when i had my ghost face on a multi in 2020, which was when i started writing him and my aesthetic for him started. in this fandom, i actively avoided duplicates and unless they were scream related, i never went near them. didn't even check their blogs. what purpose would it serve me? i even go as far as to completely remove my ghost face from the dbd fandom. he was, in almost every way, an original character - outside of the roseville, utah and philly dbd lore, and the general concept of "the ghost face." also, why did you never call this out then, zirka? why hold onto it for 4 years, if it bothered you so much? true or not, it's obscene you sat on this and stewed.
nezemny is claiming i stole his aesthetic. mine was red, black and white, then shifted to tan because i picked an actor of italian descent and wanted to have a psd that worked for him. for a killer that dresses in black and white, and kills aka red for blood. i know from the scream ghostfaces that the majority used this colour scheme. again, it's not something nezemny "invented." if only you'd be more specific re: what aesthetic exactly i "stole" from you.
i would be expecting nezemny to show proof of this, the exact timeline he started writing his own ghost face as well as when he suspected i started copying him. i have no doubt i can disprove it, as i know wholeheartedly i never used another ghost face for inspo. even re: the colour scheme, it was the colour scheme of the muse - not something i pursued because of other duplicates. "she accused my friend of theft back in october and that's why she doesn't like me lmfao." i don't know you, zirka. i can't dislike someone i don't know. i don't like that you've either stalked me yourself for 7 months, or enabled someone else to. i didn't like your suspicious behaviour towards me. i didn't like that a collection of things that were brought to my attention made you look extremely suspicious. and i didn't like your friend group making subtle, "jokey" threats towards me. but i do not care about you enough to like or dislike you. you are entirely unimportant to me. sorry i don't fit this villain narrative you've written for 3-4 years for a complete stranger.
the "callout" i wrote was me updating my mutuals on the situation, because the world tells you not to be isolated and quiet when you suspect you're being stalked, which anarchy has confirmed i was and likely still am being, and i requested none of them follow me if they'd also be interacting with nezemny or pseudolife. by the way, this is the "callout" nezemny is referencing.
a post, now recently privated not for hiding but because i'd thought we'd moved on, where i PLEAD to be "left the fuck alone." in this post, under a read more, i put screenshots featuring both nezemny and pseudolife, showing vagueing and what i believed to be theft. i requested none of my mutuals to follow them and myself at the same time, and to keep away if they did. more than once in the post, i state it isn't a callout and no one ever reblogged it. but ok. the stealing my oc's name came after he blocked my oc, then put his duplicate of my main muse's middle name as my oc's name.
equally, given it's now been implied nezemny wants no association with me, i thought it odd he'd run with a name he knew i'd been using. among everything else, it led me to perceive it as taking the name. i don't think i'm wrong for feeling this way, however, if nezemny can show me the proof of this i will retract my accusation. i'll remind you he had every opportunity to and chose not to.
this is relating to my previous post, now. nezemny has conveyed to a that the reason i approached x ( from the previous post ) re: graphic style lifting was because i'd staked claim to those details ( the white cut out, the font, the single stand-alone character, the textured background etc ) and that i'd implied i owned them. when you can see in my messages with x that i in fact say the total opposite. that they're not owned by me, and that i wasn't telling them not to use them or that they can't. but rather, to organise them in a way that didn't look exactly like mine and was unique. nezemny goes on to throw further baseless accusations out about me. he claims to have screenshots of stealing his ghost face aesthetic, which i'd like to see, because as previously stated: i never did. so i'm sure i can disprove it. since they're "extensive" you'd think he'd be all the more willing.
he goes on to throw out some random statement about me whitewashing farah karim, a call of duty character. which i think can only have happened between 2019 and 2022. all i have to say to this is yes, i absolutely might have. unfortunately, i come from a family that exhibits racism. my upbringing in school never discouraged or taught the ins and outs of racism. i really only started learning in depth about racism, the impacts of it, fairness and equality when i was in my very early 20s, which would place us at around the year of 2020/2021.
i've experienced low empathy my whole life and until i started witnessing activism, befriending poc and found a reason to personally educate myself, i made mistakes like whitewashing people. i'm not embarrassed about that. i'm not ashamed. i'm only human, and what's important is that within the last 1-2 years i've made a huge change and effort to grow and improve. we're not going to talk about you making farah karim dark orange, as an asian / middle eastern character though, are we zirka? funny you should bring this up, given i mentioned it in my "callout" about you. this year, i believe. i can post the receipts if you want me to.
what's more important is that zirka believed me to have contributed to rpc racism but said fuck all about it. so i guess he's a quiet activist, only pointing out racism when it benefits him personally. i don't know when i might've done this, but i know in the last year i've made a huge effort to ensure skin colours are correctly represented in my psds and to avoid ever whitewashing characters again, or making them darker than they are, and ensuring their undertones are correct.
just briefly, it's cool to see nezemny be so big on who he follows and moral alignment and what not, when in these last 7 months i've learned he followed, supported and interacted with my former best friend who'd previously been exceptionally toxic and not only enabled me to be verbally s*xually harassed by a man over a decade older than me, but also verbally s*xually harassed me themselves. who forced money on me and indulged in my difficulties with money to make themselves feel better. again, these aren't baseless, i have all the evidence in my back pocket. granted, he won't have known, but i think it's ironic he's stirred up all of this because of some things i did approx. 4 years ago, but within the last half a year supported someone like this. ok. not to mention the no vagueing tolerance... only for one of his closest friends, anarchy, to be prone to vagueing. OK.
here, he calls me calls me a thief. "she is one." which again, completely baseless. he freely gives out my personal / non-rp blog to a complete stranger without my permission. and the rest is just him deducing that my meme blog must've been a supporter of "my behaviour" as i'd promoted it there, again, not realising it was me.
nezemny gets angry over the evidence i have of graphic style lifting while producing baseless accusations of theft. in the message above he claims i've stolen a graphic style from a blog i've never heard of, run by an individual i don't know of. if nezemny actually knew me, he'd know i previously ran a graphic commission blog and know exactly how hard the grind is - not once would i ever fathom ripping off another artist's style without asking first, as well as supplying inspo credit. i also had enough work coming in, praising my unique style, that i didn't need to copy others. outside of that, he's referring to a time where it was common for countless people to have similar graphic styles, and that there were "trends" going around.
so why isn't he accusing everyone else that had similar styles at the time of being thieves? since 2022, i've largely focused on narrowing down my graphic style to be completely uninspired by anything but my own ideas. prior to that, it's entirely possible i was leaning into trends i saw floating around on multiple blogs. but only trends. just as everyone right now seems to be doing the patchwork pinned post, with numerous images and the noise overlay. just as everyone also seems to be doing the noise gif overlay on headers etc. trends were a big thing in 2020 / 2021. but not once did i ever copy from a commission blog. he claims this blog has been doing what i've been doing since 2019. in fact if you wanna be petty, you can see a range of my designs from 2019 / 2020 as well as from 2018 - prior to the date he mentions.

here, a shows an unfortunate reluctance towards picking a base for a promo of a duplicate of my main muse. born from nezemny's wild lies that i go after anyone who does something even remotely similar to me. i want to mention i've had this before, where a duplicate told me a former friend i'd fallen out with in a different fandom went around telling duplicates i hated them, which was a complete lie, just to turn people against me.
you can even see him doing it here "ninja is SUPER possessive of it" aka the azrael skin. which is bullshit because i love that skin and am always begging to see more content of it. what i didn't want to see was people mimicking my azrael plots ( as mentioned further above. ) but again, zirka just can't help himself and manipulates a into believing i'm some kind of villain. a admits that whatever reservations they'd had of me previously were solidified by nezemny's words. here's proof of that.
and again here. that i will "start a fight" over some font. or a canon character skin. that i've "claimed" font or repeated text. which i don't need to reiterate isn't true, as you can see in the messages in my previous post. all of this is entirely unfounded.
finally, we have nezemny SOMEHOW having access to one of my new graphics. here's what's important. this is a graphic, that was put nowhere but my blog. i later reposted it as a promo, but not until april. and this message is in march. meaning nezemny had to physically gain access to my blog or have someone else gain access to it to obtain it. and at a random time too. on the left is the promo's date of posting. on the right, is the edit post with its date, from my sideblog.
i also never "went after" nezemny. again, i've never spoken to him. he's simply referring to my "callout post" where i beg for him to fuck off and leave me alone. one of the things i referenced in that post was his use of a white outline, which i had mentioned to x, as said in previous post, about combining it with everything else to make their graphics look like mine. nezemny, shortly after this altercation, made a promo of his muse which was a duplicate of my muse, with a white outline just like mine. although i cannot ever prove it, to me, this seemed blatantly spiteful. stand alone, i don't own it, but shortly after what happened with x? as seen in the date. and he shows he's clearly 'alert and aware' of what might "start a fight," yet does it anyway. here is the graphic in comparison to what i was doing. not to mention the template / inspo he used not incorporating a white outline.

that's the end of this post. i wanted to ensure i have these presented, should nezemny decide to come out with further baseless, unfounded claims. i wanted to ensure people were aware of my side, since previously it seems others have immediately sided with nezemny without questioning his intentions or proof - of which there was none presented. including "a", who was featured in parts of this post. it proves anarchy lied about nezemny not "discussing this with anyone." and while i remain without proof that nezemny was encouraging people within my rpc to block me, i now have proof he was slandering me and defaming me at the first chance he had.
and as far as into the end of march '24, it seems, which is 2 months past when i'd posted my "callout" against him, begging for him to leave me alone - which is proven in these chats that he knew full well about and proceeded to Not do that. but i'm the one invading his space, supposedly watching over him, unable to take my eyes off of what he's doing. everything that comes out of this dude's mouth is a fucking lie, and i'm so gutted to know he's been slandering me to complete strangers when i work hard to maintain my reputation. i hope you see this, zirka, and i hope you have some fucking impressive proof under your belt.
