i've had to move all posts to this site, due to zirka and anarchy's attempts to silence me yet again. consider this page the pinned post.
these individuals have been involved in the prompting of police reports being filed due to death threats and intimidation of another.

a brief overview for those stopping by. three opportunities were given for this to be communicated privately. they were blatantly ignored. this is a callout site / blog, used to collect and convey evidence relating to users nezemny ( zirka ) & pseudolife ( anarchy. ) it's to defend my reputation, refute or prove allegations and above all else, serve as a record for their harmful and dangerous behaviour. this page is to summarise events for easy access, as this became a warren of issues. i have edited much of this, to stress only the important things. there's no easy or quick way to explain, so bear with me.
i'm happy to receive information relating to these individuals from others. the more evidence, the better. expect me to ask for proof, however. nothing here is based off of word alone, or being told. solely evidence. outside of this, witness statements are useful.
one or more individuals, with zirka and anarchy's knowledge and encouragement ( not ruling them out either ) stalked me for 7+ months incessantly between october 2023 and may 2024. it hasn't been proven that they didn't, as they refuse to reveal the url or name of one of the individuals that'd been allegedly stalking me for them. thus, in turn they have protected a stalker(s).
they enabled and encouraged one or more individuals to stalk me ( if not doing it themselves ) - with my new blogs and my movements being reported back to specifically zirka / nezemny. anarchy has confirmed she knew about this and has even blocked some of these urls herself, but never tried to discourage the obsessive behaviour.
i have had another individual come forward to state with proof that they, 3-4 years ago, also faced stalking and harassment at the hands of zirka and anarchy, and a second individual state that they allegedly witnessed zirka and anarchy go after a separate individual, stalking and harassing them also. a third individual privately informed me they were relentlessly stalked and harassed for well over a year by specifically anarchy.
pseudolife / anarchy doxxed the ip address of a close friend of mine, who she'd never approached prior nor interacted with.
pseudolife / anarchy lied to tumblr staff on twitter about my callouts being "harassment" in favour of attempting to get them taken down. they were, before tumblr put them back - seeing through the lie.
nezemny has spread lies and false allegations about me. he has also slandered me, both publicly and privately. both nezemny and pseudolife have, at one point or another, harassed me.
nezemny made private information of mine ( my discord url ) public.
i accused nezemny of racism, for ignoring an ask i'd sent re: him making an asian character dark orange 6 months ago and for making no changes to the graphic afterwards. he deflected by saying he had family who shared the character's race and skin tone, defending the mistake.
to begin with. this began in october 2023, when i reached out to a former mutual ( brenna ) on my roleplay blog that i'd, at the time, recently followed, who'd completely redone their graphics. these graphics ended up looking a lot like mine, being entirely different to their previous style, and it felt like my style had been lifted. i was polite and wasn't hostile in my approach, i expressed it made me uncomfortable and brenna apologised profusely, didn't deny my suggestion of them looking the same and then said she'd take them down and change them. word for word is available at this link here. brenna then blocked me, went to her group of at least 2+ friends and proceeded to express concern about my request. naturally, her friends said she was fine and pseudolife ( anarchy ) even told her to block me, which she did. due to the block, i had no way of finding out how the process was going and to me, after a couple of days of the graphics still being up on brenna's carrd, it looked like she'd decided against changing them. i fully admit i jumped the gun because i was frustrated and i made a post that requested my mutuals not follow brenna and myself at the same time. this somehow got back to brenna, despite the block, and her friends proceeded to jump in by vagueing me and making threats towards me, which they later passed off as one big "joke."
i learned of anarchy because i had checked brenna's new promo to ensure it wasn't like my stuff ( shocking, she suddenly could make unique stuff ) and found ghost notes. as anyone does on tumblr, i checked on the ghost notes to find anarchy had blocked me, and was "jokingly" threatening to murder both my "entire career" as well as "murder" for brenna. this led me to notice zirka ( nezemny ) had also blocked me, but i had no clue who he was. alongside this, another mutual of brenna's had also threatened violence on me. brenna, who later is painted as this scared individual terrified of me and who feels compelled to leave deactivate her blog because i'm just so scary... went and got her entire friend group riled up to go after me. she painted me as a villain to her friends, and instead of taking an unbiased look at her graphics they all decided to support her regardless, claiming the graphics looked nothing alike and that i don't "own" the style.
for a short period of time, because of the threats, i kept an eye on anarchy and zirka who was drawn in solely for being friends with those threatening me. one of the mutuals went inactive and thus i had no reason to keep an eye on them. joking about murder wasn't acceptable to me, as i've lost people in my life to murder and found it disgusting they could make a "joke" threat on my life over not even requesting someone to change their graphics but for simply mentioning they look like mine. i ended up blocking them to move on. that is until i noticed zirka had gone through all the blogs i'd listed for mutuals, even the inactive ones, to block them. he'd also blocked all of my closest friends, which was really weird because it'd meant he'd had to have gone through my blog to do that, and he also blocked a former mutual of mine who'd unfollowed brenna as they also deemed the graphics too similar. by january 9th 2024, i ended up making a post, found here. it's privated due to me trying to move on, but despite zirka and anarchy trying to silence me they felt me privating it was trying to hide something. please bear in mind i was heated when i wrote it.
the linked post shows how i found a promo zirka had made of his muse "ghost", the same muse i was writing, and how it mimicked some of the styles i'd picked brenna up on - as though mocking me. there were a handful of other coincidences ( i say coincidences because they were proven false ) where i believed zirka was copying me, and in turn, stalking me. this, time and time again, was questioned and doubted by me. naturally, no one wants to be stalked, so i continuously doubted the feeling i was being watched.
the trouble was that i was making blogs that weren't accessible to zirka because he was blocked by me, and yet he kept finding these blogs and blocking them. i was solely checking because i felt i was being watched. in the linked post i talk about how i'd discussed a meta for my muse, and how immediately after - zirka also posted about the same thing. ( anarchy actually confessed on behalf of zirka that someone "tipped him off" about my post and he immediately labelled me as a thief ( for writing about something that was canon, not a headcanon. ) thus, he decided with a "now or never" mentality to post after me. a former mutual had brought this to my attention, without me asking.
it's not strange that i believed zirka and anarchy to be stalking me. especially when the vagues and theft accusations continued. after the 9th of january, where i begged for them to leave me alone, they continued to find and block blogs they couldn't have known about without stalking my main blog or having someone stalk it for them.
this continued into the 10th of may, where blogs were being blocked, vagues were being made etc. the final straw was me announcing a blog in a text post on my main, and it being blocked hours later. i made a callout post, since neither seemed interested in talking like adults. when nothing improved, i ended up reaching out privately with enough evidence to make a point out of.
the callout does explain much of the situation at length. this can be found here. note: some things have changed since it was written. it details how i approached anarchy on the 10th of may to confront her ( on my callout blog which wasn't blocked, due to zirka having me blocked on all blogs ), how she tried to gaslight and manipulate me by downplaying the stalking despite admitting someone had been stalking me incessantly for 7 whole months and reporting back to them, and then proceeded to ignore my messages when i rightfully was furious, calling my messages "pure vitriol" later on.
i would then go on to reach out to zirka, on an unblocked blog, essentially telling him to come out of hiding and speak to me directly. this was my final attempt at privately resolving things, as zirka never said a word and ignored my message, despite adding me. feeling disheartened, all i could do was spread the word about these individuals as best i could, so i could try and prevent others from experiencing the same stalking and harassment.
it led to a former mutual of zirka's reaching out to me over anon to state zirka, well into march 2024, had been stirring lies about me, spreading slander and labelling me as a thief among other things. none of which were true and have since been proven wrong. this slander and the messages sent to me regarding it can be found here. proof of the slander and that none of it was backed up with evidence can be found here.
i started receiving messages from others, informing me of their own stalk allegations against zirka and anarchy. how specific individuals had suffered relentless stalking for years from one or the other. how they'd played a role in getting them shunned from their rpc at the time, just as things had played out for me. evidence, here and here, was stacking up against them.
then, mid may, i went on to unintentionally discover a rebuttal zirka had made against me, which was taken down shortly after i'd located it. it was made publicly accessible, and anarchy also made a carrd that the rebuttal linked to, revealing entire private messages as well as a link to a friend's ip address. in the rebuttal, he included 22 separate posts of mine that'd been collected, with some requiring extensive scrolling to locate, and 8 blogs of mine. he has confessed to looking through at least one of my blogs himself - which is currently 2 years inactive. these 8 blogs span over a 5 year period, when i've only known of these individuals since october '23. i have 4 posts of his that have been saved as evidence. all from 1 blog, within a 7 month timeframe.
i discovered this because, without a word from zirka or anarchy, i was attempting to debunk some of the accusations - one being that zirka had stolen my original character's first name and used it for his own muse. i'd gone looking for an old post of his, since he'd personally stated he felt he had to link all his headcanon posts with evidence to show when he'd come up with the idea. believing this, i went looking and found a link under the name i believed to be stolen in a text post. it took me to the rebuttal site. the gist of the rebuttal, along with my responses, can be found here.
in this rebuttal, zirka accused me of theft, which i've since disproven to be a lie and that in fact, evidence shows he likely stole it from me in the first place. he continued to slander me, paint me as a villain and falisfy virtually all the provided information to suit him.
let's not forget that anarchy doxxed one of my friends by casually dropping their ip address, which can be extremely dangerous online, in a link on their carrd, labelling my friend a stalker - who'd simply been keeping an eye on them during hightened periods of hosilte activity on zirka and anarchy's part. it certainly was no 7+ months of stalking and reporting back.
i know this is a lot. i recognise this is an extensive amount of things, but they're all detailed either here or within the provided links. i was relentlessly stalked for 7+ months by an unnamed individual or individuals and in turn, zirka and anarchy, and am still to this day ( september ) being stalked by their close mutuals who continue to somehow find blogs of mine they shouldn't be able to have access to and have no reason to block because they're already blocked. zirka and anarchy have not blocked me on nezemny nor pseudolife for some time now, which suggests they've gotten the message about how they don't need to block me because i block them, but they continue to find and block me on their newer blogs.
i've received ( prior to turning off anon ) countless anonymous messages in support of zirka and anarchy, putting me down for speaking out and belittling my experience of being stalked, playing it down or calling me a stalker for keeping track of events. i fully believe these to largely be friends or associates of the individuals mentioned, as there's a pattern and language choice i've noted as well as changes in activity that relate heavily to them.
approx. june, anarchy put in a complaint to tumblr on twitter ( x ) to outright lie to tumblr staff claiming i was harassing and targeting her and friends, spreading falsehoods. since this was called out on here, she changed her twitter name from anarchy to another name. and if you're wondering how i got access to anarchy's twitter, zirka made it exceptionally easy for me with his own handles. it took no time and i didn't have to think about it - before anyone wants to accuse me of stalking. a discord handle revealed a pinterest name, the pinterest name was shared with a twitter handle, the followers revealed a recogniseable mutual and their followers revealed anarchy. maybe don't make everything quite so traceable if you don't want it to be found, especially when outright lying in an attempt to get someone banned or deactivated - which they succeeded in, because the original callout was deactivated before i managed to get it back because tumblr saw through the lie.
outside of anons harassing me over my weekly ( approx ) and unscheduled reposting of the callout to alert and warn people of these individuals, i've had no further interaction with zirka nor anarchy other than them blocking me on their new blogs, which are also easily accessible and i didn't have to go out of my way or evade any blocks to find. thus, this is all currently acting as a place to store my evidence and side of things, something not many have given me the opportunity to tell. please consider all of the evidence, and don't make snap judgements. and remember - this all happened because i said these,

somehow, a simple observation unleashed years worth of petty hate over a "lifted aesthetic" that has since been proven to have belonged to me first. i never received an apology for the lies, slander and defamation, despite the fact that i owned up to my own false accusations and wrongdoings. zirka and anarchy were never held accountable for their actions, neither this time around ( outside of the callouts ) nor the other times they've harassed other individuals. they are largely problematic to the rpc, and i hope at some point they'll get their karma. at this point, this will remain up to help show people these individuals will twist the narrative and manipulate others into defending them blindly and will act like they're victims in a situation they had full control over the entire time.
as a final food for thought, to add to the evidence, here, below, is (first image) zirka's partner joking with a mutual, mocking my callout ( for awareness ) jesting about theft and 'disgusting behaviour.' goes along with zirka and anarchy believing vagueing about murdering others and their careers, prior to doxxing someone's ip address, in the tags is just a "joke". in the second image, we have a second mutual of zirka and anarchy's mocking my calling out of anarchy's [murdering someone's career / murder for another mutual] "joke" as a threat. jests about cannibalism and committing a crime. for people who have been so troubled and threatened by me, who were so tired and exhausted by this situation, they sure do love to "joke" about it a lot. not to mention two other mutuals saying "follow or i'll break ur legs" or "follow or fucking die". they're just such jokers, this lot. threatening violence is just hilarious! ironic, given anarchy and zirka are such preachers about how awful the war in ukraine is right now, as well as in gaza. ironic how they're just so comfortable and gleeful to verbalise or support the verbalisation of such violence, like it's so funny to them. as aforementioned, i've lost people to murder. it is never, and will never be, something to joke about - especially in a vague about the person who lost someone to murder. you simply cannot speak out against violence, war and suffering only to engage in language that treats it as some hilarious joke in the same breath.
