making this for reference, since several have taken solely nezemny's word before, regarding this situation, never once asking for my side nor bothering to read the increasing evidence. one read through will show what an unreliable, deceptive, leading and misinformative narrator nezemny is. evidence isn't posted here, but can be if needed.
zirka made a gift promo of a character, as mentioned on the site. this character is asian, and in the edit he made her dark orange - much darker & more orange than her natural skin tone. during his rebuttal, he featured various edits / gifs i'd made of the same character from 4+ years ago. these were in fact whitewashed, i have taken responsibility for that & since improved my psds to correctly portray skin tone. however, one of the gifs he'd included, which isn't featured in the callout but that i have - should anyone wish to see it, where he says it's much darker and more orange than his and where he places the blame on me for that... wasn't even mine. it was a reblogged gif made by someone else. he didn't include any urls or timestamps on these edits ( which conveniently makes it look like it was recent colourism on my part when it's 4+ years old ) but specifically on the one he chooses to compare his own edit to - which wasn't made by me. nezemny quite literally tried to paint me as discriminatory by using someone else's gifs.
another thing not featured in the callout for space, but that i do have to show if needed, was a comparison between a 5+ year old graphic of mine against someone else's graphic that was made prior to mine. nezemny draws a comparison between the two, or rather a statement added from anarchy does, to strongly reaffirm that i do not in fact own nor have any right to stake claim over the white cut out line - as discussed here. if you'll remember from my messages seen in that link, at no point do i try to claim or say i own that graphic tool. in fact, i clearly state i don't, and that i'm not telling the individual in the messages that they can't use it. only that by combining a handful of graphic features together, their graphic ended up mimicking my specific style. now, the graphic anarchy featured of mine shows the blog as deactivated. which i did within the last 2-3 months. meaning she couldn't have simply typed in my url and searched the blog to find it. no. she had to access "a friend's" url and searched through their promo tag, who she happened to remember reblogged it 5+ years ago ( anarchy was in the same fandom at the time. ) and all to reinstate a point i've already proven as irrelevant - re: me never staking claim or ownership like they keep suggesting i did.
anarchy claimed for nezemny that zirka had never stalked me. except in his rebuttal, he admits a "friend" gave him my commission blog's url ( as they'd said they'd once commissioned me ) which he proceeded to look through. a blog that hasn't been touched in 2+ years, which he scrolled to the bottom of to locate a 5+ year old post to further accuse me of discrimination. conveniently missing any timestamps on it, too. he also had access to 2 urls there's absolutely no way for him to know, since he claims he didn't know i was in call of duty rpc with him ( despite both blogs being cod related ), unless he's been talking to others about me or stalking through my things to locate them or be given them. nezemny or someone for him also had to search through an old blog to locate the promos he features in his rebuttal, as shown in the callout at the bottom.
as shown in one of the messages here, he also had access to one of my graphics in march '24... for literally no reason. were they just sending my content back and forth to one another? why was he in possession of a graphic i'd made, which was posted on a blog i had him blocked on? why would someone decide to send that to him, when it had nothing to do with him?
zirka claims he is the only one to have been namedropped. yet, proceeded to namedrop me to someone i didn't know, namedropped my personal / non-rp blog, namedropped my close friend who had no involvement countless times in his rebuttal as well as two of their blogs & assisted in providing a platform for anarchy to doxx their ip address, namedropped numerous of my own blogs as well as my discord url and even namedropped an innocent and completely uninvolved commissions artist. he went on an entire namedropping spree and then threw his hands up and acted like a victim.
zirka actually proved nothing with his rebuttal. only that he didn't steal my oc's name. he proved literally nothing else. if anything, he proved multiple things for me - such as him receiving a tip that i was working on a meta relating to a topic he already had in his bio, which he believed to be a headcanon when it was canon fact. so he in turn wrote a meta at the same time as me, thus - copying my idea to write the meta on it.
zirka claims i "made" the one i approached re: graphic style lifting "so uncomfortable that they abandoned their blog." i never did anything of the sort. this individual was approached and they apologised, then blocked me. some of the graphics they'd said they would take down didn't come down. due to having no way to communicate, and feeling enough time had passed, i warned my handful of mutuals about it and told them not to follow them whilst following me. this was not widespread, nor was it a callout. probably approx. ten people saw it. yet zirka implies a large portion of the rpc saw it, when none were following me at the time. that's all that happened. the rest of the graphics came down and we moved on. i didn't look at their blog again. there was one post where they were namedropped less than a month after, which was focused towards zirka and anarchy and another mutual for their suspicious behaviour and threatening remarks. it was months after i believe they left, which i learned solely through making a new blog and moving blocked blogs over. he tries to paint me as a villain, as though i harassed this individual. i sent a few polite and respectful, non-hostile messages, made one short post and namedropped them in a post shortly after when their mutuals started behaving threateningly.
nezemny regularly makes a sarcastic reference to "not-a-callout" in both his messages seen here as well as in his rebuttal. yet, 8 months ago anarchy made a callout post ( which i've learned was entirely baseless and in fact was proven wrong in the end / the wrong individual was namedropped ) which she reblogged and made rebloggable to her roleplay resource blog, stating it was "not a callout" and was instead for "public safety." zirka was namedropped in this post as being targeted alongside anarchy. ironic how he'll overlook his friend broadcasting the wrong namedrop to countless people, as well as making it so others could easily reblog it, as "not a callout" but essentially mocks me for writing a post to less than 15 mutuals and only mutuals, where i largely request they not follow those named at the same time as myself and where i tell them not to reblog, and stating in it that it's not a callout. in his words, "[he] could at least be decent and be honest with the intent."
zirka tells me in his rebuttal to "stop looking at our blogs. simple as." when in the last 3 days, i've had two close mutuals inform me that both nezemny and anarchy as well as a small handful ( as far as my mutuals know ) of their mutuals have been unblocking, blocking, unblocking and reblocking them. which makes no sense, since these two mutuals have them all blocked. why would they be erratically unblocking and reblocking? but it certainly shows they're at the very least interacting with my close mutuals' blogs. i've had a third mutual inform me that zirka has blocked them for interacting with the callout post ( which they learned when they in turn went to block him upon reading it. ) which he should no longer be able to see or access, because he blocked the callout blog.
zirka has accused me of stealing multiple headcanons ( he claims i've stolen at least more than one ) but refuses to state which - save for the meta that i've disproven already due to it being canon, not a headcanon. i have evidence of all of my headcanons and the dates of their creation / when i started privately talking about them. i wonder if he won't speak on this because he knows i'll prove him wrong, just like when he accused me of lifting his aesthetic from an older blog - and i proved i'd had the aesthetic prior to him.
already mentioned it in the site callout, but nezemny included a few old promos of mine claiming they all came after his, which he felt proved they were inspired by his. however, not only did i prove i had the aesthetic and colour scheme prior to him, but also that one of the promos he selected did in fact come before his. just another example of how much evidence he gets incorrect.
again, at the end of his rebuttal he claims he blocked, respected the space between us and moved on. except he's shown to be in possession of a graphic of mine in march '24, which was posted in march '24. not only that, but was slandering my reputation to another at the same time. is that respecting the space? is it moving on, when he's holding a 3+ year grudge against me for something he's wholly fabricated and invented in his own mind???
nezemny calls my accusations a "made up problem with [him]" when he has 22+ separate posts of mine saved, from 8 separate blogs ( some of which there's no way he knew the url of and thus had someone locate and retrieve the information for him ) and despite privately and publicly slandering me and falsely accusing me of serious things. how is any of that a "made up problem?"
at the end of his rebuttal he says "i need to stress, again, that there isn't a name to provide. there is nothing to be given here" in relation to my request for them to give me the urls of those stalking me. despite him previously saying a former mutual had given him information about me, who he doesn't intend to give up the url or name of. among others. is there a name, or not? regardless, why doesn't he just block the ips of the anons coming to him about me - since he wants to move on from me so badly? why doesn't he tell them to stop bringing my name to him? for 7 months straight.
he goes on to say "this is the internet. it's tumblr rp. your life isn't in danger, and it never was." despite having previously stated he felt threatened by me. all in the same post where he assisted in doxxing someone's ip address which absolutely would put them in danger. which is it? does he think tumblr rp can bring threat or not?
zirka, in his rebuttal, claims i made brenna / 141s so uncomfortable on their own blog they left it. interesting how brenna how now returned to the rpc, and although she was so threatened and made uncomfortable by me... she has yet to block me on the blog she knows full well exists. in fact, i'm the one that's blocked her. curious how you can feel so threatened by someone... but not prevent them from accessing your blog.
this is all i can think of for now, but i needed to type them out for reference because there are so many mistakes, plot holes, missing timestamps and even missing evidence on his and anarchy's part. complete 180s on his points, back peddling, contradictions, misinformation. it's important i keep note.
