complete and irrefutable proof i didn't lift nezemny's / zirka's ghost face aesthetic back in 2021. despite backpedalling in his rebuttal that he's wasn't accusing me of stealing his ghost face graphics ( aka a promo commissioned through a graphic artist, not his own ), nezemny had initially said ( in private messages to someone who came forward to inform zirka was spreading slander about me ) "she's been stealing my content for years ( i don't think she realises i'm the ghost face blog she lifted her whole aesthetic from )." this can be seen in this message below.
he has also said this. i've highlighted what's important.
"i also have extensive screenshots of her stealing my aesthetic for ghost face." aka 2 promo graphics commissioned through a graphic artist, as seen towards the bottom of this site. those are the "extensive screenshots" he decided to show. you'd think if he had "extensive screenshots", he'd show them all to prove his point. but i digress.
it's also really important i note the "also... i haven't liked ninja since i first saw her in the dbd fandom." now, zirka has stated the first time he saw me, ever, was in the dbd fandom. so no prior actions of mine, from any other blogs, could've swayed this opinion of me. it isn't clear whether he "[hasn't] liked [me]" since he believed i lifted his aesthetic, or prior to that. however, it certainly begs the question of whether this entire accusation had a motivation from the very beginning.
i will start by stating that i have disproven his allegation already at the bottom of this link. i had created my psd and was using the colour scheme of red, grey / white and black, as well as textured backgrounds, months prior to zirka. in fact, i believe my first ever promo for my ghost face was november 4th, 2020. i've actually proven on the site that one of the promos nezemny states came after his promo and that he claims was an attempt to lift his aesthetic actually came before it, on 11th december, 2020.
but because i take this accusation extremely seriously, given this is a style i've worked hard to develop since 2014, which i can prove if needed, and i take great pride in how far i've come with my skill in graphic making, i decided to go a little deeper.
i actually reached out to the graphic artist zirka had namedropped both in his discord dms and in his public rebuttal. in the early hours of the 28th of may, '24. i asked them whether they still had a record of zirka's commission request, to which they said they didn't due to this being 3+ years ago. they also couldn't access their messages with him, due to him having deactivated the blog. but i'll show you what they could tell me.
so in the message above, which is their response to me, this artist - who's url is blackened for privacy, states that red/white/black has "always been the most requested color scheme for a ghostface, by far." now, i've searched through their blog and as far as i can tell, they've only ever done 5 ghostface commissions on this specific blog. with nezemny's being the first in may 2021. not only does this artist reveal that it wasn't uncommon for ghostface rpers, including zirka, to request the colour scheme and aesthetic that i had ( which begs the question: why didn't he accuse them of theft? ) but that they firmly recall zirka / rodimus at the time to have never given them the option to do their own thing, but rather actively requested that specific colour scheme and aesthetic himself.
here, they go on to say that although they don't have the original form, they can personally promise ( and as a fellow former commission artist i can back up that you just don't forget these things ) that zirka "definitely requested that color scheme and that aesthetic." they state that with every ghostface commission they've done, "pretty much", the rper has requested that aesthetic. all of which on this blog came after my own. and as previously stated, i scrolled all the way back on their blog and found zirka to have been the first ghostface rper, in may '21, to commission something.
which is just over 6 whole months after me creating and promoting my own style, psd and general aesthetic. so, zirka personally requested the same colour scheme and aesthetic as me, after i had it first ( which bearing the whole not liking me from first seeing me thing in mind, makes it sound highly suspicious that this could've somehow been targeted or potentially a jealousy or envy-driven petty grudge ). and also bearing in mind that some of these promos of mine, prior to 2021, had between 40-60 notes on them - given i was a relatively popular and recognised ghostface rper at the time.
it's difficult to imagine zirka hadn't seen me or my promos around, given it's likely we shared at least a couple of mutuals. which means zirka either saw a few promos ( mine ) that he felt looked similar to his - despite 4 others being commissioned over the next 3 years all based on similar requests that he never accused of theft, and immediately and baselessly jumped to the conclusion it was theft, despite my aesthetic existing long before his own, and, without ever actually taking a second to use his eyeballs, proceeded to hold a grudge against me for 3+ years for it. or - this was targeted, based on a petty grudge for whatever reason, wherein he requested an artist to design a promo to mimic my own aesthetic, in an attempt to paint me as a thief because he was envious / jealous of me for whatever reason. either way, it doesn't look good.
above is my response. not really relevant but i figured i'd make it accessible nevertheless.
now, the earliest promo posted on this commission blog's url is from december 6th, 2019. since this date, they've posted countless promos and starter packs. many featuring both red/white/black colour schemes and textured aesthetics. i can safely say i don't feel any of them are even remotely similar to mine and have their own uniqueness to them. since this date, i counted 5 ghostface commissions in total, including zirka's.
zirka's, posted on the 3rd of may '21 - was red/black/white. the second promo commission found for a ghostface was posted on november 27th, '21 - it was red/black/purple. the third was posted april 17, '23 - it was red or rust/black/white. the fourth was posted may 3rd, '23 - it was red/black/white. and the fifth was posted december 10th, '23 - it was orange/black/white. so as you can see, all of these came after my aesthetic. and although i can't prove i was the first to have that specific aesthetic for ghostface as a muse, i can say i had it before nezemny and any other ghostface rpers that commissioned this specific url.
zirka's accusation that i stole his aesthetic for this muse and lifted it from him is entirely false and baseless. the "extensive" evidence he has is two promo images/gifs, which in my own opinion hardly resemble my own aesthetic at all save for the colour scheme. but because zirka took it upon himself to label me as a thief, took it upon himself to compare the evidence and took it upon himself to slander me for it - i felt it necessary to defend my reputation here. personally, i couldn't care less after 3+ years whether zirka was inspired by my graphics. whether he mimicked them out of jealousy or a petty grudge. whether he did it entirely by accident.
what i care about is that he's not only held something he's completely fabricated or invented in his own mind against me for 3+ years, but slandered me to other people for it.
on top of that, he took an extra step in his private messages to one of my sources to slander me further, accusing me of lifting my style in 2019 from this very same graphics artist. as seen below.
which again - is entirely baseless and total slander. i have proof i've had my style and have been adapting it since 2014. when the earliest graphics i can find on this artist's blog are from 2019. it's also not zirka's responsibility nor his right to take on this baseless claim himself when he has no connection nor reason to. if the artist had a problem with my graphic style at the time, or felt it was too similar to their own, they absolutely would've approached me. if others felt the same, they would've reached out to them to prompt them to message me. no one ever did - because my style has never been influenced by anyone but myself and, very rarely, content that wasn't on tumblr - as also shown on the site.
hopefully this post does its intended job of stressing this entire allegation is completely baseless, false, a complete lie / fabrication and genuine defamation. i can only implore those reading to consider how likely it is that the rest of what he's said holds any weight.
