Research Exchange Programme at Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT), Japan, March - May 2024
Peh Hoo Keong, a master student from STF lab had research exchange for three months at Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT), Japan. He was under the supervision of Prof. Dr Miryala Muralidar sensei. For three months, Keong had the chance to plan and execute experiments for MgB2 superconductors using SIT technologies. He also had hands on experiences handling characterizations instruments such as SQUIDS, XRD and SEM. This research exchange is great opportunities for students to build skills on handling machines and exposure to different culture and technologies in research fields.
