About Us

The Superconductor and Thin Film Laboratory is currently working on cross-disciplinary superconductor and CMR/GMR materials. It was established in 1996 by Prof. Dr Abd. Halim Shaari. Our research focuses on medium-temperature superconductor, high-temperature superconductor and colossal/ giant magnetoresistance materials through our research grants and our collaborations with other universities, international laboratories, and industry. We continually educate students through our research and community service. We welcome any interested postgraduate or undergraduate students to join us as well as any inquiries from researchers who are interested in collaborating with us.
