Double Violin Piece no.2

A bit harder than the first double violin piece but with some thicker and more varied textures.

Composed 2nd - 6th March 2015.

My violinist wife also tells me that all the double stopping and runs are easy on the violin. The piano part is also very playable with a little practice an careful fingering, even though it is a bit unusual (piano tone clusters and odd rhythms) in order to give the correct feel to the piece in conjunction with the violins.

To play this well the dynamics are important as the tune passes frequently between the violins and there are a number of dynamic swells that contribute to the flow of the piece. Software plays it perfectly of course, so use the video as a guide as well as all the markings.
