Welcome to AI Video Generator: Cineva. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Video Generator: Cineva mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install, access, or use the App. If you have already installed the App, you should uninstall it and discontinue using the App immediately.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the App only with the consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms and is responsible for your use of the App.
If you are 18 years of age or older, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept and comply with these Terms. Children under 13 are not permitted to use this App.
The App includes AI-powered features that allow you to create or edit photos, videos, text, and other content by submitting prompts, images, videos, or other materials (“Input”). The content generated by these features (“Output”) is based on your Input.
You retain ownership of the Input you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use such content.
When using the AI Features, you agree not to:
Create, upload, or share illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
Generate content involving child exploitation, sexual abuse, or sexually explicit material.
Produce content that promotes violence, hate, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities.
Attempt to bypass or interfere with the App’s safety systems.
Generate content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of others.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before relying on, publishing, or sharing it.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access to AI Features, or suspend access if these Terms or applicable laws are violated.
The App, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, graphics, interfaces, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or these Terms from time to time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While we strive to provide reliable AI-powered services, we do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your intended purpose.
The App and any AI-generated content are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Your use of the App and any generated content is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Certain features of the App require a Premium Subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to premium features available during your active subscription period.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
If available, introductory offers (such as free trials or discounted pricing) are available only to eligible users as determined by Apple. After the introductory period ends, the subscription automatically renews at the standard price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed securely by Apple through your App Store account. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Subscription pricing, billing, renewals, and refunds are managed in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies.
Coins
The App uses virtual coins to generate AI photos and videos. The number of coins required depends on the selected AI model and generation type.
Coins can only be used with an active Premium Subscription.
Bonus coins are issued at the beginning of each subscription billing period and expire at the end of that billing period if unused. Purchased coins do not expire and remain available in your account, subject to these Terms.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Follow these steps:
Open the Settings app on your Apple device.
Tap your Apple ID at the top.
Select Subscriptions.
Choose Cineva app.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policies and applicable law. If an introductory offer or free trial is available, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Such suspension or termination may occur without prior notice. We may also report suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
