Welcome to Image Compressor (“we,” “our,” or “the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
Image Compressor provides tools to compress, resize, crop, and convert image files on your device. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for the images and other content you select, process, save, or share using the App.
You retain all rights to the images you process using the App.
You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use, modify, compress, resize, crop, convert, save, or share any content processed through the App.
We do not claim ownership of your images or other personal content.
You agree not to use the App to:
Process or distribute content that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
Use the App for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or compromise the App or its services.
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
The App processes images using features available on your device. Image quality, file size, processing time, and output format may vary depending on the original image, device capabilities, selected settings, and file format.
We do not guarantee that every image will produce a specific file size, quality level, or output result.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original images and important files. We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unintended modification of files resulting from your use of the App.
You should review processed files before deleting or replacing your original content.
If the App offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.
Subscription prices, billing periods, and available features will be clearly presented before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
How to Cancel a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Image Compressor.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
After cancellation, you can continue using the subscription benefits until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Refunds
All payments and refunds are processed by Apple. We do not directly process or issue refunds for App Store purchases.
If you would like to request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, select the relevant purchase, and follow Apple’s refund request process.
Refund requests are reviewed and determined by Apple according to its applicable policies. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
The App, including its design, features, interface, branding, text, graphics, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except where permitted by applicable law.
The App may use third-party services such as analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or payment services. Your use of those services may be subject to the respective third party’s terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the App for your particular needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
The App is intended for users 13 years of age and older.
Children under 13 are not permitted to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you should use the App with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our services, or applicable legal requirements. Updated terms will become effective when posted within the App or through the applicable service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use or use the App in a manner that may harm the App, our services, or other users.
