What Happens to Your Data When You Delete Your Account?

When you request account deletion, STCodesApp permanently removes most of the data associated with your account. The following explains how each type of data is handled:

Account Information

Your account information, including your email address and account creation date, is permanently deleted when your account deletion request is processed. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.

Premium Minutes Purchase Information

Any records related to premium minutes purchases are permanently deleted when your account is deleted. After deletion, your purchase history will no longer be available.

Audio, Recording, and Video Transcription Data

All transcription data generated from your audio recordings, uploaded audio files, or video files is permanently deleted when you delete your account. This includes both completed transcriptions and any saved transcription history.

Ongoing Transcription Operations

Files and data used during active transcription processing are stored only temporarily. These temporary files are automatically deleted immediately after the transcription operation has been completed, regardless of whether the account remains active.

Free User Credits

Free user credit records are not deleted when an account is removed. These records may be retained indefinitely for fraud prevention, abuse detection, service security, and enforcement of free-tier usage limits. These records are not used to identify users or for marketing purposes.

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

• Deleted account information, purchase records, and transcription data cannot be recovered after deletion.

• Temporary processing files are automatically removed after transcription completion.
