At MP3 Cutter: Audio Trimmer, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We believe you should always understand what information the App accesses, how it is used, and what choices you have.

MP3 Cutter: Audio Trimmer is designed with privacy in mind. The App does not require an account or login and does not collect personal information from users.

Device Information

We may collect limited technical information about your device, including:

Files and Photos
The App allows you to select audio and video files from your device.

For audio files, you can select files from the Files app. For video files, you can select videos from your Photos library.

We only access the files or videos that you choose. We do not access your entire Files or Photos library.

Your selected files are used only to provide the requested functionality.
You can manage or revoke Photos access at any time through your device Settings.

How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
• Provide and operate the App's features
• Process and edit selected audio or video files
• Improve App performance and reliability
• Detect and fix crashes and technical issues
• Maintain compatibility with supported devices and operating systems
• Improve the overall user experience

We do not sell your personal information or use your selected media files for advertising purposes.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, app  uses third-party service providers that perform certain functions on our behalf. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their respective services.

Firebase (Google)

In-App Purchases (Apple)
Payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Apple processes payment-related information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

Depending on your location, your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including by our third-party AI service providers.
We take reasonable measures to help ensure that applicable international transfers and processing are handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Children’s Privacy
We are committed to protecting children’s privacy.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and our Terms of Use do not permit children under 13 years of age to use the App. We do not knowingly collect or request personal information from children under the age of 13.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under the age of 13, we will take reasonable steps to promptly delete such information from our systems.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us. We will review the matter and take appropriate action as required.

The App does not store your media files on our servers. Your media files are processed locally on your device, so we generally do not have access to or retain copies of those files.

Data Storage and Deletion
Your media files are processed locally on your device. The App does not upload, store, or retain your files on our servers.

When you import a file, it is accessed only to provide the functionality you request. Processing and any temporary file handling take place on your device.

Files created or exported by the App are saved to locations on your device that you choose. We do not access or control files that you save outside the App.

When you delete the App, data and temporary files stored within the App are removed in accordance with Apple's operating-system behavior. Files you have saved outside the App may remain on your device and can be managed or deleted separately.
Because we do not store your media files on our servers, we do not retain copies of your files after they are processed.

Subscription Information & How to Unsubscribe
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
The renewal price will be the price displayed for the selected subscription at the time of renewal.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation of the current subscription is not available during the active subscription period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If an introductory offer or free trial is available, any unused portion of the introductory period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
To manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal:

1. Open Settings on your Apple device.

2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Select App.

5. Choose the available subscription management or cancellation option.
