Welcome to AI Video Generator: Cineva. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Video Generator: Cineva mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install, access, or use the App. If you have already installed the App, you should uninstall it and discontinue using the App immediately.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the App. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use our Services. If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority where you live), you may only access or use our Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 18, you agree to be responsible for their use of our Services.
Children under 13 years of age are not permitted to use our Services.
The App includes AI-powered features that allow you to create or edit photos, videos, text, and other content by submitting prompts, images, videos, or other materials (“Input”). The content generated by these features (“Output”) is based on your Input.
You retain ownership of the Input you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful authority to upload, process, and use such content.
Depending on the AI feature or model you use, your Input may include photos, videos, text prompts, generation settings, and related information. This information may be securely transmitted to our servers and third-party AI service providers, including KIE.ai and PixVerse, to process and complete your requested AI generation.
Before applicable Input is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, the App will display an AI Content Processing Consent notice that identifies the applicable provider and explains what information may be transmitted and the purpose of the processing.
By tapping “Agree & Continue,” you explicitly consent to the transmission and processing of the applicable Input by the identified third-party AI provider for the purpose of providing the requested AI generation feature.
If you do not provide the required consent, the applicable AI generation feature will not transmit your Input to the relevant third-party AI provider.

When using the AI Features, you agree not to:
Create, upload, or share illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content.
Generate content involving child exploitation, child sexual abuse, or sexually explicit material.
Produce content that promotes violence, hate, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities.
Attempt to bypass, disable, circumvent, or interfere with the App’s safety systems or usage restrictions.
Generate content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of others.
Upload or process images or videos depicting minors without the necessary rights, authorization, or consent.
Use the AI Features to impersonate or mislead others in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unexpected. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before relying on, publishing, distributing, or sharing it.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access to AI Features, or suspend or terminate access if these Terms or applicable laws are violated.
The App, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, graphics, interfaces, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or these Terms from time to time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes.
Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While we strive to provide reliable AI-powered services, we do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your intended purpose.
The App and any AI-generated content are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Your use of the App and any generated content is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Certain features of the App require a Premium Subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to premium features available during your active subscription period, including applicable premium AI photo and video generation features, premium styles and effects, new premium features, and the Coins included with the selected subscription.
The applicable subscription name, duration, price, included Coins, other benefits, and any introductory offer are clearly displayed in the App before purchase.
Subscriptions offered through the App are auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
If available, introductory offers, including free trials or discounted introductory pricing, are available only to eligible users as determined by Apple. The applicable introductory offer, including its duration, price, included benefits, and renewal terms, will be clearly displayed in the App before purchase.
After an introductory period ends, the subscription automatically renews at the applicable standard subscription price unless canceled before the end of the introductory period or current billing period, as applicable.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, introductory pricing, renewal pricing, included Coins, and other benefits may vary by subscription product, storefront, and user eligibility. The applicable information displayed in the App at the time of purchase will apply to your subscription.
Payments are processed securely by Apple through your App Store account. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
Subscription benefits provide ongoing access to the premium features and AI generation services described in the applicable subscription offer during the active subscription period.
The App uses virtual Coins to generate AI photos and videos. The number of Coins required depends on the selected AI model, generation type, duration, resolution, and other applicable generation settings.
Coins included with a Premium Subscription are automatically credited to your account after a successful subscription purchase and, where applicable, after each successful subscription renewal.
The applicable number of Coins included with each subscription and the associated subscription benefits are clearly displayed in the App before purchase.
Included Coins are provided as part of the applicable Premium Subscription and are not purchased separately.
Unused included Coins expire at the end of the applicable subscription period and do not carry over to a subsequent subscription period.
Coins can only be used while your Premium Subscription is active.
The number of Coins required for an AI generation may vary depending on the selected AI model, generation type, duration, resolution, or other generation settings. The applicable Coin cost will be displayed in the App before the generation is initiated.
Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed outside the App, except where required by applicable law.
Coins are digital features of the App and do not constitute currency, a deposit, stored monetary value, or a financial instrument.
Coins
The App uses virtual Coins to generate AI photos and videos. The number of Coins required for each generation may vary depending on the selected AI model, generation type, video duration, resolution, and other applicable generation settings.
Coins included with an eligible Premium Subscription are automatically credited to your account after a successful subscription purchase and, where applicable, after each successful subscription renewal.
The number of Coins included with each subscription and the associated subscription benefits are clearly displayed in the App before purchase.
Included Coins are provided as part of the applicable Premium Subscription and are not purchased separately.
Unused Coins do not expire. Any remaining Coins carry over to subsequent subscription periods and remain available in your account while your Premium Subscription is active.
The number of Coins required for an AI generation may vary depending on the selected AI model, generation type, duration, resolution, or other applicable generation settings. The applicable Coin cost will be displayed in the App before the generation is initiated.
Coins can only be used for eligible AI-powered features within the App.
Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, sold, or redeemed outside the App, except where required by applicable law.
Coins are digital features of the App and do not constitute currency, a deposit, stored monetary value, or a financial instrument.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Follow these steps:
Open the Settings app on your Apple device.
Tap your Apple ID at the top.
Select Subscriptions.
Choose Cineva.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the applicable subscription benefits until the end of the paid subscription period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically provide a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
If an introductory offer or free trial is available, any unused portion of the applicable introductory period may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, as determined by Apple.
All purchases and subscription payments made through the App are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Cineva does not directly process or issue App Store refunds.
Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable refund policies and procedures.
To request a refund, you may use Apple’s official refund request process or the refund options available through your Apple Account.
Apple determines whether a refund is approved and the amount of any refund in accordance with its applicable policies and applicable law.
If Apple approves a refund, the applicable subscription, Coins, or other purchased benefits may be revoked or adjusted according to Apple’s systems and policies.
Requesting a refund does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. To prevent future subscription charges, you must cancel your subscription through your Apple Account before the applicable renewal date.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Such suspension or termination may occur without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.
We may also report suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Termination of your access to the App does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. You must cancel your subscription through your Apple Account to prevent future renewal charges.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
