Welcome to AI Prompt Gallery. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Prompt Gallery mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install, access, or use the App. If you have already installed the App, please uninstall it.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
If you are 18 years of age or older, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept and comply with these Terms.
The App provides a curated gallery of AI image-editing prompts and example reference images. You may browse the gallery, view prompt text, and copy or share prompts for your own use in other AI image-generation tools and services of your choice.
The App itself does not generate, edit, or process any images. Any images you create using a prompt from this App are produced entirely by the third-party AI tool or service you choose to use, outside of this App, and are subject to that third party's own terms, policies, and content restrictions.
When using prompts obtained from the App, you agree not to:
Use any prompt to create illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.
Use any prompt to generate content involving child exploitation, sexual abuse, or sexually explicit material.
Use any prompt to produce content that promotes violence, hate, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities.
Use any prompt to generate content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of others.
You are solely responsible for how you use any prompt obtained from the App and for any content you create with it using third-party tools. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, content generated by third-party AI services.
We reserve the right to remove any prompt or gallery item, or to restrict access to the App, if we determine that continued availability would violate these Terms or applicable law.
The App, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, graphics, interfaces, and other intellectual property (excluding third-party content and the prompts themselves, where noted), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the App itself, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Prompt text displayed in the App is provided for you to copy and use with third-party AI tools; this license does not extend to reproducing or redistributing the App's underlying gallery database or software.
We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or these Terms from time to time, with or without notice.
Your continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While we strive to keep the gallery accurate and available, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that any prompt will produce a particular result when used with a third-party AI tool.
The App and its content are provided for general informational and creative-reference purposes only and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of any specific outcome.
Your use of the App, and any use of prompts obtained from it with third-party tools, is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App or any content generated using a third-party AI tool based on a prompt from the App.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
Such suspension or termination may occur without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
