Camera and photo library access are requested only with your permission and only when required to provide AI photo and AI video generation features. We do not access or collect your entire photo library—only the specific photos or videos you choose to upload or capture.

Images Containing Faces: We may process photos that contain faces solely to provide the AI photo and AI video generation features you request. We do not use facial data to identify users, perform facial recognition, create biometric profiles, or create biometric identifiers. Uploaded images are processed only as necessary to provide the requested features.

Prompts and Generation Information: When you use AI generation features, we may process text prompts, uploaded images or videos, selected AI models, templates, styles, effects, generation settings, and other information necessary to complete your requested AI generation.

Usage Data: When you use our Services, we may collect information about your activity within the App, including the features or pages you access and the time you spend using the Services.

How We Use Information

AI Processing: Depending on the AI feature or model you use, your uploaded photos, videos, text prompts, generation settings, and related information may be securely transmitted to our servers and third-party AI service providers, including KIE.ai and PixVerse, to process and complete your requested AI generation.

KIE.ai and PixVerse process the information necessary to provide the applicable AI generation feature requested through Cineva. Their processing is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

AI Processing Consent: Before applicable user-provided content is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, Cineva provides an AI Content Processing Consent notice. The notice clearly identifies the applicable third-party AI provider and explains the types of information that may be transmitted and the purpose of the processing. Where required, users must select “Agree & Continue” before the applicable AI processing takes place.

Policy Updates: If we use your personal information for a new purpose that is materially different from the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, we will update this Privacy Policy before the new processing begins where required by applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Service.

AI Processing Services

We use third-party AI service providers, including KIE.ai and PixVerse, to process text prompts, images, videos, generation settings, and other information necessary to provide AI-powered photo and video generation features.

Depending on the AI feature or model you select, applicable information may be securely transmitted to KIE.ai or PixVerse for processing.

The applicable provider processes the information to provide the AI generation feature requested by you.

In-App Purchases (Apple)

Payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card information. Apple processes payment-related information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

Analytics Service Providers

We may use analytics service providers, including Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and Adjust, to better understand how users interact with the App, monitor performance, and improve our products and services.

Data Storage and Deletion

To provide AI photo and video generation features, your uploaded content may be temporarily processed by our servers and third-party AI service providers, including KIE.ai and PixVerse, as necessary to provide the requested service.

Cineva does not claim that content transmitted to third-party AI providers is immediately deleted after processing. Data processed by third-party providers is subject to their respective privacy policies, terms, retention practices, and technical systems.

Content that you save or export to your device may remain on your device until you delete it or remove the App, subject to Apple’s operating-system behavior and your device settings.

You may contact us to request deletion of personal information that Cineva controls. We will review and process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and the information we control.

Where applicable, we will also take reasonable steps to request deletion of information held by service providers acting on our behalf. Deletion of information held independently by third-party AI providers is subject to their respective policies and technical systems.

KIE.ai Data Processing

Depending on the AI feature or model you use, your uploaded photos, videos, text prompts, and related generation information may be securely transmitted to KIE.ai for AI processing.

PixVerse Data Processing

Depending on the AI feature or model you use, your uploaded photos, videos, text prompts, and related information may be securely transmitted to PixVerse for AI processing.

PixVerse retains personal data only as long as necessary for its services, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Facial data temporarily processed for AI generation is deleted after processing.

Subscription Information & How to Unsubscribe

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The renewal price will be the price displayed for the selected subscription at the time of renewal.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. Cancellation of the current subscription is not available during the active subscription period; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

If an introductory offer or free trial is available, any unused portion of the introductory period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

To manage your subscription or turn off auto-renewal:

1. Open Settings on your Apple device.

2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.

3. Tap Subscriptions.

4. Select Cineva.

5. Choose the available subscription management or cancellation option.
