Last year's game was called Crescendo, and the main goal of this game was to score rings, called "notes", into three different receptors: the amp, the speaker, and the traps. If a team scored two rings into the amp, the human player could "amplify" the speaker, so notes scored inside the amp had a higher point value for a short period. As time ran out, robots rushed to lift themselves onto a chain. Extra points were awarded if two robots from the same alliance got on the same chain. The team with the most points won!
