When posting the song of the day in #community_events, you must follow the format and provide a valid link to the song. It could be a YouTube or Spotify link, and you should ping @here. Then, place reaction emojis for the community to rate the song. There is a 24-hour cool-down per SOTD.
Example:
If you decide to post a question of the day in #community_events, follow the correct format by asking a question (it doesn't have to be Star Wars-related), pinging @here, and making a thread. Again, QOTDs have a 24-hour cool-down.
Example:
Everyone in TJO is welcome to enjoy game nights, and there are certain guidelines that must be followed.
The Jedi Masters are free to host any kind of game night.
Jedi Masters would require permission from a Jedi Councillor in order to host more than one game night. (Hosting 1-2 is acceptable without the consent of a Jedi Councilor.)
Games outside of ROBLOX must require permission from a Jedi Councillor.
Extended gaming sessions need permission from a Jedi Councillor.
Songs you choose for the song of the day must not contain any slurs. They can contain swear words, but never slurs.
Do not ask inappropriate questions for the question of the day. Try to be creative.
The cooldown for posting songs and questions of the day is 24 hours.
The same person can post both the song and the question of the day in one day.
When hosting community events and game nights, make sure to gather enough attendees. Explain the rules and the prizes, if there are any.
