Turkey Shoots

We hold our shoots on the third Saturdays, once a month, November through March:

You do not need to be a member to join in the fun! All are welcome to participate. 

Registration begins at 10:30am.  

Shoot starts at 11am.

Cost is generally $5 per round, but for some rounds the cost may vary depending on the prize distribution.

Scattercard 

Cafe is open with hot lunch entrees such as sloppy joes, chicken corn soup and snacks.  Hot and cold refreshments available.  Menu varies each month.

RULES:

• 12 gauge shotguns

• 36 inch max barrel length

• No chokes tighter than .680

• No scopes allowed

• Red dot style sights and peep sights are permitted

• All guns will be checked at the door and are subject to   inspection at any time by officials

• Various brand 7.5 and 8 shot shells will be used and provided, each round will be all the same brand shell and shot size for each shooter of that round

• All shoots will be cash prizes and will be 50% of that round proceeds unless it is stated as a “winner takes all” shoot.

• Closest to bullseye wins

• Bench rest and shooting rest bags will be provided for all contestants

• No shooters under the age of 10

• All shooters must sign a safety waiver prior to signup

• No alcohol permitted

• IWLA officials have the final say and judgment
