Chapter House Rentals

Our Chapter House is available for limited rentals by members for family or business celebrations. We can accommodate your family reunion, birthday, anniversary or graduation party, family or business holiday party, bridal or baby shower, and even weddings.  The hall features a 40' x 40' main room that can seat 75 occupants comfortably with a commercial kitchen and restrooms. That number can be expanded by adding a tent for outdoor seating.  The hall is air conditioned for summer gatherings or we can arrange use of the fireplace for that cozy lodge feeling during the winter.  Additionally, you may use the outdoor campfire area by the pond or the fire pit behind the Chapter House for an evening campfire 

As of October 25, 2023 our Board of Directors has discontinued rentals to non-members except for Scouts and non-profit youth organizations.

Cleaning policy:

We have contracted with a professional cleaner who will come in and clean when your rental is over.  We ask that you remove any personal items, trash, and broom sweep the floors.  For all rentals we are adding the cleaning cost of $120 to the rental fee. For Scouts and youth groups, we will split the cleaning cost.

Rates for hall rental are as follows:

$150 for an afternoon or evening rental - members rate.

$125/day rental for Scouts or non-profit youth organizations to camp overnight.

The cleaning fee is $120.

A rental application,  payment of rental and cleaning fees and a $100 security deposit need to be submitted at least two weeks prior to the rental date.
