How GrabAssist Plus different from GrabAssist?

GrabAssist Plus enable wheelchair users to remain seated in the wheelchair throughout the entire journey. However, with GrabAssist, passengers are required to their assistive device and transfer to the vehicle.

What is differences GrabAssist Plus and GrabAssist Plus (from hospital)?

GrabAssist Plus is available for pick up and drop off within the East, North-East, Central and selected West regions.
While GrabAssist Plus (from hospital) is only available for pick up at from selected hospital (refer to the list below) and drop off islandwide




What vehicles are eligible on GrabAssist Plus?

Please note any retrofitted wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) may affect the final eligibility of your vehicle, subject to inspection conducted by our Grab Staff. 

What happens if I change my vehicle?

Non-eligible to an eligible vehicle: If you have yet to register as a GrabAssist Driver-Partner, simply register through the registration form. Otherwise, please submit this form to update your service type. 

Eligible to a non-eligible vehicle: You will be deactivated on GrabAssist. You will be missed but don’t worry, you will still receive jobs from other services that you are eligible for!

Will there be any other surcharges?

Will there be advance bookings? 

Yes, passengers can book up to 7 days in advance. You may view and accept booking through booking planner in your driver app.
