SoleMare Cafe
Homemade Happiness
Born from a mother’s prayer, from the names of two children, and from a dream…
Some dreams take their time.
They don’t rush; they grow slowly, quietly.
First they warm your heart, then they whisper their name.
That’s how Sole & Mare came to life.
Sole…
The spirit of my daughter—bright as the sun, filling my world with joy.
Mare…
The heart of my son—deep, free, and calm like the sea.
This place that carries their names is not just a café.
It’s a journey.
A reflection of my heart transformed by motherhood,
and of a life reshaped with love.
Among ancient olive trees, beneath the shade of an old stone house,
Sole & Mare became so much more than I ever dreamed.
Here, it’s not just about sipping coffee or tasting sweets.
Here, time slows down. Hearts feel lighter.
And every guest finds a little piece of themselves at our table.
My recipes are inspired by my mother, my childhood, my travels,
and most of all, my inner voice.
Because I wish not only to serve flavors,
but also to create a space filled with care and kindness.
Sole & Mare was born where the sun meets the sea—
and above all, it was woven with love.
This door will always remain open.
For kind souls, gentle spirits,
and anyone seeking the beauty of a slower life.
SoleMare’s Dessert Philosophy
At SoleMare, every dessert tells a story…
We believe a true dessert carries more than flavor—it carries a soul. There’s no place here for additives, artificial aromas, or shortcuts. Instead, we choose only seasonal fruits, the purest ingredients, and let time and care shape each creation in our kitchen.
Every bite is a quiet gift of craftsmanship and love, traveling from our hands to your table.
Because to us, dessert isn’t just a taste—it’s a moment of joy, a memory in the making. Preserving the elegance and purity of that moment is our greatest passion.
Where History Meets Flavor
SoleMare Cafe is nestled within the historic stone building of the Adatepe Olive Oil Museum — Turkey’s first olive oil factory-museum.
In the heart of a centuries-old olive culture, this remarkable space bridges past and present, welcoming tens of thousands of visitors from around the world.
Here, among ancient olive presses, tools, and traditional production techniques, the museum tells the story of the olive tree’s millennia-old journey. It is more than a museum — it is a living cultural heritage that celebrates the art and soul of olive oil.
In this unique atmosphere, SoleMare Cafe brings the spirit of history together with today’s flavors, offering guests not just exquisite tastes but a meaningful experience steeped in tradition.
